Cremasta, thanks for your input. i wouldn't worry about it. im pretty sure that this is the career for me. it just comes as a shock for me since this being the first time that a gay instructor who's giving me much signals i dont want nor need asks me to strip down [professionally, we assume.]

i already expected that something close to this might happen but i wasnt expecting it too soon. and i admit that i maybe overreacting but then again, this is the first time that people would be concentrating on me and being bathed in public.

and yes, quite true. i havent become as detached as i should be yet.. but then i will be. thanks. i guess you're taking up medicine then?

maybe i am not as detached as you are yet but you've gotta admit that the first time for anyone would be hardest.

I'd strip down, but i'd wear a bra. If he makes you take it off, he can't hold double standards to the female portion of your class.

No worries Alejandro. I was hoping I didn't come across as flaming you.

Stripping down for the first time was pretty awkward, but we had a good bunch of people in my course so it was ok. I have to admit that when I knew I was going to have to, I was in the gym 24/7 for nearly two weeks straight! I was never that small... 188cm and 92kg, but there were some pretty cute girls in my class.

An instructor being gay is one thing. An instructor being gay and making moves on you is another. If he is doing it, it is a serious breach of ethics on his behalf and you need to do something about that.

In the end, just before I had to strip down in a few of my classes, I just thought "Ah, fvck it, they'll have to do this too..." Everyone in my course was quite professional about it and that was even in first year. Don't worry about it, just make sure you get a whole bunch of fingernail marks all over your back to complement the hickeys

nah, its cOol. well.. here's how it happened today.

i was asked to strip down already and as i did, they were humming the intro of the song, "the one you love". damn.. haha

but then when i had to remove my shirt already, they went OooOooohhhh.. which was sort of embarassing but i just went with it.

then they asked me, "DJ! WHAT ARE THOSE??! ".. uhhhmmm... "i got bit by a dozen mosquitoes last night." was my answer.


it went smOothly technically being awkward for my side but afterwards, people were shaking my hand for whatever reason, i dont know.

they were mostly girls though and it was fun looking at the faces of people staring at me when i was going to the comfort room in my green pajamas. haha

Congratulations and respect to you for going ahead with it. I admit, I probably would have bottled out, but you have done it now and maybe even conquered whatever hang ups you have about your body, which will be a big benefit in the long run.

now, seriously. i strongly encourage people to go through something similar to this especially for those people who, like me, still think of improving their body.

all in all, this was a very challenging mental exercise i had to go through and it really did harden me up mentally and emotionally.

1.) i feel better about my body.
2.) compared before, i am now looking forward even more to doing extremely cold approaches.

why? this is because [for people like me or similar] like now, i feel that if i could strip being in the limelight of everything in front of people a few of whom i barely know whatever personalities or mental institutions they've come from , i felt like i could take whatever cold approaches could throw at me.
