I'm 20 right, and good with girls, but the problem is even with all the sexual desire, I can't physically be with a girl because I'm unable to perform. I can have a totally beautiful naked girl in front of me, even on top of me, and nothing. I'm unable to have sex and this is becoming a real problem for me, I can't even masturbate (I can climax, but it remains soft). The girl usually acts understanding, but dissapointed because she gets all worked up and I can't. I've never had a real girlfriend before, just hookups. I don't even know if the problem is physical or mental. My father whom I live with says that it's impossible for a 20 year old to have ED. What should I do? Maybe find a girl who isn't all about the sex and allow a real connection to form, take medication, or maybe both. My buddy just doesn't want to cooperate anymore.

Well, for the short term, you could get girls off by other means, including oral sex and fingering. Especially at 20, must girls can't come via sex sex.

Yeah thats what usually happens, I just don't get any enjoyment out of sex at all, but at least they can somewhat. A girl can go down on me for like 10 minutes get a somewhat maybe 50 percent erection, get on top of me, it slightly deflates and will not go in because it;s too soft. I've tried all kind of positions and everything, nothing works. I haven't had an erection in about six months or so.

As for the question. I would go talk to your doctor. R u fat? Unhealthy? Go get a blood test done!! If nothing shows up, maybe the only way to fix it is medication.

It could be a physical problem. I would more readily conclude this than a mental hang-up. Go see a doctor.

I'm not fat at all, 5'11, 165 so I'm cool in that respect but when it comes to having sex, I could be so turned on, but I just can't have sex because I can't have an erection no matter how hard the girl tries.

I feel for you. I've had this problem occur once or twice due to nervousness and anxiety and it's really awkward.

But don't go searching the net for viagra just yet. If it's an ongoing problem, visit your doctor. It's quite probable that it's something very simple and easily solved.

Do you ever get an erection at all, for example when you wake up in the morning? If you do, the chances are everything is working ok, it's just a mental block, nervousness etc. If you never get a stiffie of any kind, it could be physiological and you should see your doctor.
