I have no clue where to begin with Inner Game.

Besides taking up new hobbies, what can I do to improve? I was out yesterday and was able to make jokes or say something to few girls when I was out and got them smiling. When I go online, I have a bit of a struggle seeing ANY girl and not being able to get a conversation going or have something to say to get them to message back. I am trying to go beyond the mass messaging to I can get different results, any advice on how I can work on this?

Also, if there is anything I need to watch, I want to watch the best things that will help me improve my game and not just watch a bunch of crap. What is the best thing to watch to improve?

Something like that won't come over night. You have to detach from caring about results and become unflappable. You have to have confidence in yourself, and it has to be real. I go from having lots of inner game to questioning myself or feeling unconfident in lots of areas, its an on going process. You have to realize that you can change perception of yourself, its very hard and takes work but making positive steps and pushing yourself is the answer.

Text game should be limited at arranging dates and nothing more. Men act and women talk. If you want to be friends with a woman then talk with her, if you want to have a woman then do things with her.
