This isn't original, I modified from something on another site:

"I have a boyfriend."

"I stubbed my toe this morning."

"?"

"Oh, I thought we were talking about our problems."

Her: "I have a boyfriend"
Me: "Just because there is a goalie doesn't mean that I can't score"

I scored :p

Her relationship was nonexistant (myspace relationship where they don't talk on the phone or in person) and they broke up the next week :)

That's just know as an excuse, one which you beat *thumbs up*

As for my retorts it depends on the context:

Me: "So, you single?"
Girl: "No, I have a boyfriend."
Me: "Well, that's too bad. He's not insecure and jealous is he?"

Or

Me: "Blah blah blah"
Girl: "Blah blah, me and my boyfriend"
Me: *ignore comment, keep gaming* - if no progress - *ignore girl, switch target, "So you and your boyfriend happy together? (judge reaction) etc*

or

Me: "We should hang some time. Got a number I can get you on?"
Girl: "Sorry, I have a boyfriend."
Me: "I didn't ask if you had a boyfriend or not. That information is inconsequential to me. He isn't real needy and clingy is he?" (or another neg on the boyfriend, or make it apparent I'm cool with her dating several guys*

Best thing is to not respond when she says she has a boyfriend, If she does then thats fine, if she doesn't then that still fine, many girls will always have someone they can call a boyfriend, but sure enough she can find a better one right... The worse mistake you can make is mentioning if she has a boyfriend and if she does you are just giving her a reason to talk about him. Remember the only time a girl will tell you if she has a boyfriend is if you show to much interest a the beginning or possibly if you say something ridiculous.

I have a sister that has a boyfriend who tells me this, and i have gone out with her to bars with her and her friends. When she sees a guy she likes she acts like she doesn't have a boyfriend. A boyfriend is an obstacle to the desired outcome- winnering her over/getting a date/****ing her. So if she tells you she has a boyfriend continue gaming her. All YOU have to do is get them to believe they want you to **** them and it's on!

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

Wow, even ugly girls have boyfriends these days.

LOL
That's because guys go after any girl they think is single. Poor/ ugly guys usually don't have options or have strongly relied on luck to meet women. They have to scrape the bottom of the barrel and just settle or take what girl is given to them.

Or similar. I'd have to have built good rapport first though.

Stealing girlfriends is fun:D.
No, stealing girlfriends (especially HB8+'s) is mandatory.

Me: Lunch?
Her: "I can't...I have a boyfriend."
Me: *snaps fingers* Should've known.
Her: Why?! It's not ASSUMED....

That really made it worse. She kept trying to like, cheer me up or something as I was making my escape. She was probably lying too.

you dont say anything at all.

you end the conversation and turn your attention to a girl who doesn't have a bf.

Its that simple.

"great, he can make us breakfast in the morning"

"so, how does it feel to be in a perfect relationship", to which she will answer its not perfect, and you can say, "then what stops you from having coffee with me.."

"you don't have to convince me someone else finds you attractive..."

Me: *Whip cracking sound*
Her: Uhh, wh-
Me: *Double whip cracking sound*

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.
