all the girls that met me told me that i have a baby face and i never look my age, im 17 but people would only belive it when i tell them im 14-15

just wondering should i consider having a baby face an advantage or disadvantage?

Supposing that this relative youthfulness stays with you throughout your whole lifespan, it's a small disadvantage in highschool, it doesn't really matter in college. But from your mid 20s to your late 30s, you will be loving it. The older you get, the more you will love it.

In case you haven't guessed, I'm a younger looking guy myself. When people don't know me, they think I'm 22 or 23. From time to time, I have cute 19 something cute girls coming up to me, thinking that I'm only "a little older" than them.

Patience man... I had the same problem. When i was 16 i used to look 12.. But now i'm 19 most of the girls find me hot. Just be patient. Working out will definitely improve your situation.

and at 26 i get girls who come up to me and hit on me at the bar by squeezing my face and kissing me saying i am so cute...lol this happened this weekend. My boys wanted to smack me with disgust as their game didnt do any damage to the women next to me just smiling. LOL ull learn to luv the babyface after 21-22

Its the total reverse for me Im almost 20 and people think Im like 25 or so. My guess its my facial structure. I have strong defined cheek bones. Which causes my normal face seem stern.

I ususally have a miltant disposition/presence which makes me seem older.

I had have chicks blow me off because they thought I was in the miltary and didnt want to get involved with me Long Term since they thought I wouldnt be around :smile:

Now that I think about it I can be appeared to be older or younger. By shaving, changing hairstyle....etc.

Yeah when I was in highschool they used to call me the 12 yr old, I def have the pretty boy baby face look. Im mixed so i look naturally tanned, dark curly hair, I look about 4 years younger than I am (in other words I look about 15 now) The only non traditional baby face trait I got is that I grow a beard really fast when most babyfaces dont really grow much facial hair, I keep a goatee like 70% of the time, full beard 20% and completely shaved like 10% but man I swear if I was 5'11" I couldnt get into a PG13 movie when clean shaven lmao

I cant wait till Im like 45 and look 33 though looking younger is like a family trait, everyone on my moms side look younger than they are with my uncle having the biggest change he is in his early 60's yet I bet anyone who saw him or a pic of him wouldnt ever guess he was over 40, lol hes a pimp 2, hits on chicks all the time, he came to my hs graduation and hit on the mom of one of my friends and got her number lol

Having a baby face sucks, yes. It's really irritating being the oldest of all my friends and still being perceived to be multiple years younger then them. I don't let it get to me, and joke about it a lot.

Having a baby face is just like everything else in life. It's not a big deal unless you make it a big deal. Also try losing weight. When I lost weight my face became a lot more defined.

It's kinda hard to convince bartenders you're 21 when you're actually 20 and look 18

Once I turn 21 it'll be awesome to look so young though

Baby faces (neotony) work for women but against men.

However, it will pay off when you hit your 30s and have matured into it, whereas those who matured earlier just look more haggard.

Not everyone grows facial hair at the same rate. I didn't even need to shave weekly until I got to college, and even then I barely have any hair other then on my neck. I hate shaving and wish I didn't have to.

It is always easier to look older when needed than younger. Guys in the late teens, low 20's most of you will catch up to your age before you know it. If you don't, consider that a good thing. At 39 right now the most common age people think I am is low to mid 20's, sometimes even in high school still.

I'm not in the same boat as you, but I recommend you get your body in gear. Your face, theres only so much you can do. Start lifting and getting some beef on those bones.

All my life people have thought I was older. In 6th grade kids on the other team in football told their parents that I got held back two years and should be in middle school. Freshman year in HS, one teacher told me "You seniors always think you're the top dogs"

Went into court, checked in and they asked me if i was the child's father lol. ANNNND MY favorite...

Everytime I go somewhere where they serve alkie, I get offered "something from the bar"
