youre not skinny bro.

try 5'10" 135lbs. thats my reality

it does not matter. Some chicks like fat balding guys and some woman like us skinny guys.

no more excuses. im sick of it its getting old.

get out into the field and meet woman. You won't find one or many who are attracted to you if you're an "Armchair Seducer"

you can change that if you want. It takes time, patience, and discipline, but its very worthwhile if you are unhappy with your current situation.

your reality is within your control.

i understand that. That was not my point. If you're an:

"ARMCHAIR SEDUCER"

you won't get chicks whether youre skinny or fat.

i've accepted my weight and do workout 3x a week.

and i do get out into the field. I'm not where i want to be yet but i'm working on getting there

my bad, and i agree with what you say. Can't meet women if one doesnt get out. Gotta give yourself props for taking affirmative action to change something you dont like. It seems today alot of society blames someone ELSE, rather than themselves for their own shortcomings ( Parents sueing mcDonalds becasue their food made their children fat).

Yes true

There is nothing wrong with being skinny, and of course there isn't anything wrong with bulking up. I weigh about 140-145(it changes) and I'm happy with myself. It mainly counter how you see your self aside from you body.

OK I promise, this is my last post for tonight, my uh (friend) hehe, has been outside pissed idling my engine and blowing the horn, eh screw her, she can listen to some cds and wait a few more mins. Anyway, your reality is what you make of it, I mean if you don't like being skinny, then you can change it. Yeah there are some women that won't look past your looks. These are the women don't know wtf they want. I mean, they are immidated, by big bulky muscular men, the grossed out by fat dudes, they think skinny dudes are whimps(basicaly those are you general male body types). They will never be fullfiled, unless they have everything their way, and even it everything did go their way, they still wouldn't be statisfied. So you know what I say, screw them! Yeah screw em, you should only change cause You want to. Not cause you think it will draw women. I mean Iam a bid 250lb 6'2 football player, and Iam doing ok with women, not the greatest, but atleast its better than where I was. Which was lumped over big blob. Just remember man, its how you act, and you rdrive that makes things happen, the rest just compliments those things.

I stand behind my earlyer post on this thread~

Wanted to add:

Being insecure about yourself
is partly to blame for lack of confidence.

When you accept that your not perfect
in a way you have become perfect.

Confidence like many other things
is all in the mind.

Your insecurities ARE all in your mind.

The mind can defeat itself (kept telling my ex this line)
(woman are so damn emotional:rolleyes: )

Bodybuilding can boost your confidence,
it probably wont make you much bigger
but it will make you feel good.

Nobody mentioned martial arts?
Now I'd choose that over body building
cause then you can defend yourself,
and you become faster.
speed = strength.

Eating more is ineffective for me,
but it doesn't bother me at all.
I can pig out on junk food fatty greasy burgers
ice cream whatever and I hardly gain a pound.
Hahahahaha hahahaha!!!

i was still confident in myself but now its ridiculous, i am totally confident in everything i do, gaining muscle does wonders for you, physically and mentally

Most regular AFC guys who have never heard of this site or fastseduction or any other seduction site would probably never believe that you can be skinny, and be confident with girls! I went through highschool and some of college at 6"2, 135 lbs. Never in a million years would I have believed that it was possible for a guy like me to score with attractive women. I've bulked up to about 155 lbs to 160 lbs now. Still relatively thin, but I'm much more confident in myself.

Weight doesn't give you more confidence though, it's all in your mind. Alot of skinny rockers are more confident with girls that some muscle bound guys. Comments about my weight use to really bother me. Now days, I simply don't care anymore.

Skinnyguy.net was the website that helped inspire me to gain some weight.

Porky, running will do the opposite of causing you to bulk up. But yeah, the only problem with being skinny is in your mind, and keep in mind that if it really bothers you, you can do something about it.

For a start if you are skinny and not happy about it, rather than whining about it you can change!

All it takes is using big compound weightlifting exercises like squats, deadlifts, benches, presses and chins, adding weight every single week, and eating like a horse. Skinny guys-have a look at what you are eating each day, and you will fine you are probably eating crap and not much of it at that. You need 6 good meals a day with a source of protein, carbs and fat. Forcefeed yourself until you get used to it. I eat double what I used to eat and if I ate any less I would lose weight.

I used to be 140lbs at 6 feet, but now I am 200lbs at 6 feet 2, and in the best physical shape of my life. My confidence has also skyrocketed, and I get so much more respect from men and women.

The weights work has also boosted my testorone levels, given me more energy, and given me pride from my accomplishments.
What is more it has also coarsened my facial features and given me a lot more masculine look.

In short, if you are happy with being skinny, stay skinny. However if you are not you can change into a muscular jock!

Yeah I feel ya'll skinny dudes I'm 18, 5'10 127lbs. And I agree with just ridin' with what you were givin'. I mean there's nothing much you can do about it except get in the gym. A hyoricate myself being I'm to lazy to workout I could careless if I'm skinny or not. So, my advice is forget it just walk around like your **** don't stink and don't let anyone bring you off your cloud.

Ridiculous.

5' 8" - 150 lbs here. I was 140 lbs about a month ago. Just eat all day and workout until you reach your desired weight. And then cut back and get cut. Check out the nutrition forum.

The annoying thing about me is that I look like a little kid. So on top of the skinny it looks bad. Anyways eat a lot.

I'm 6'2" 1/2 190 lbs. and I consider myself skinny. You guys really need to hit the gym and start eating. I've started on a new diet where I eat 5 meals per day all of them high in protein. It's helping already and I've only been on it a week. Also, I'm starting Max-OT weight training today, which is supposedly really effective and actually will take less time than I usually spend at the gym.

Off to the gym....

5'10" 155 at 20 yrs old isn't that skinny.

I was 5'11" and 135# at your age. Just start lifting and eating. You can very easily put on 10-15# of muscle a year at your size. See the sticky threads in the Health and Fitness forum for sound advice.
