and i mean all this is because i was hitting the gym so i put on some muscle and all that..but now i got women every day all day just looking at me..idk i get put in these situations. I really wanna approach but there's always obstacles...

-my defensive way of thinking
-fear of falling for the wrong person (again)

You're lacking in confidence man... Excuses are not excuses for being unable to approach, they're excuses for low self-confidence. You're still afraid of messing up.
Whereas, I've learnt that there is no possible way of messing up. Nothing is permanent. And, it can actually pay off to mess up (think about that).

What you need to do, is realise that you are hot. You're tall, you're handsome, you're muscular. That means you're hot, period.
And, because you are... You can choose whatever girl you want.

They need to meet your standards, not the other way around.

If you're afraid of falling for the wrong girl again, examine as many girls as you can and choose the one that you think is most likely to be the right one.
That's the way we all do it... we just need to learn what we want and need.

Bad advice. He doesn't have the confidence for this. He's way too in his head and serious. Coming from a hot guy, this will sound too arrogant. If they are constantly starring, they are already slightly intimidated.

He could pretty much open any way he wants and create conversation. Smooth lines, and funny banter, c/f is a way to open and create initial interest in girls who would normally judge you by your looks and wouldn't normally give you the time. He already has that value, so they will cut him more slack, because the girls will be thinking of what they're gonna say.

i hate to say it, but i am in the same boat... i have many women of all ages look at me, not bragging in the least bit, i too have a problem approaching, and even making small talk or long eye contact. it's not that i can't think of anything to say or anything of that nature, i honestly think it is from countless flakes, and girls that play games. i am so sick and tired of immature girls that play phone games, etc. as an example i am 20 years old, dated a 27yr hb8 teacher over the summer for a short amount of time, and got so sick of her fvcking stupid games that i deleted her number and never called her again. she called and i would answer, but she got the point after a few weeks. it amazes me that after 27yr of life girls still pull this ****, and it is all ages. not everyone of my gf's did this, but 75% pulled it once in a while. i guess what i am saying is that after countless experiences like these it takes the drive away for us men seeking women, i mean i see a hb8 walking and two years ago i would most likely approach, but then i think "why" it is probably another flake. and that sucks because not all women are like this, and this thought has to be forced out for those good women that you could've like alot, but you let her go because she looked like a flake. i am in the process of forcing this out and getting my old self back...for good. hope this helps!
