I've been dating this ***** for 2 weeks. I've meet up with her 9 times and last time I meet up with her was about 2 weeks ago. I really thought we had things going forward because she seemed to be this innocent cute little girl that I liked. I got to her house, she cooked for me, we ate she got the candles on place, we watched movies and kissed and all that until it was 08am and she became tired and told me let's go to bed. I didn't see any problem in that and notice that we DIDNT'T take any DRUGS or consumed any ALCOHOLIC drinks.
We went to bed and we had sex she was happy, she was the one who offered her ***** to me, we laughed and talked all night after the sex and in the morning i noticed her not behaving like the night before. I told her what's up because she was crying. She told me that she shouldn't have done this because she has a BOYFRIEND. This ***** never told me this and I've meet up with her before but we never had sex until that night. I then packed my bag and leaved her house because she told me that her boyfriend will be home soon.
I deleted her on Facebook and her number because I didn't want any problem with her boyfriend.
1 week later I get a fuc**** call from the german police department (I live in Germany). He tells me that they have revived a report that I've DRUGED a girl and that I RAPED her in her home. And I'm going to an police interview next week.


WHAT THE FU** IM I GONNA SAY?!
I'm ****ed because of her, they will never believe me! She will probably cry in court because of her guilt feelings not because I raped her, which is what the judges is gonna believe.

First of all, i don't have a family i know i need a lawyer and all that, so i kind of know what to do, but i wanna know why would a ***** do such a thing i don't understand?! I wrote this to see if someone have been through the same thing, and i need advice.

Also if this case is serious (which it sounds like it might be), they can get internet records of sites you've been too with warrants, and being on a site like this wont do you any good, especially if you are calling her a b*tch and whatnot. It shows a lack of respect for female's and that could work in her favour.

Just save the texts you posted here. These texts say that she invited you over and even implied that there could be sex. Show those texts to police when they interview you. She needs to have proof of forceful penetration like bruses and vaginal tears, which she may make up if she wants you locked up that badly.
Either way you need a lawyer.

My first impression is that if they can't get you in until next week, then you are not that much of a priority. If you were, they would come and arrest you right now, and have that interview immediately. If the OP is a troll post, that's the biggest hole in the story. Cops don't wait a week to investigate a rape, because a lot of the evidence could disappear.

Secondly, on the subject of voluntarily subjecting yourself to police questioning, NEVER EVER EVER do that. Don't be a d!ck about it, especially if it's a traffic stop or stop on the street. Did the cop give you his name? Can you phone the police station and confirm they called you?
If it's the boyfriend setting you up, it's pretty good revenge.

They'd probably haul you in just on suspicion if a dude walked in to the station and said that.

I don't think the call is real. First of all, for such a crime, they would have come to your door and arrest you. That didn't happen. So, someone is playing with you. Why the police didn't come? Why they will come next week?? Where is that girl? Did they take her to a doctor to prove she has been raped? In a week from now, where will be all the evidence of her being drugged and raped? Think rationally . However, if you still believe that this could be real, go to the police office and check that.
