I still am in shock that women's accomplishments(school, professions) are less important than how flirty, nurturing and compliant(basically, feminine) I am with him.
As was said, men generally only care if the women is young, sexy, fertile, and not a hooker. Men can take care of themselves, they don’t care about a woman’s money, they care about a woman’s reproductive ability. Women don’t care if a man can reproduce, they care about his resources and earning potential.

Take the hottest girl who wants to get married, her family is rich. She asks her fiancé to sign a prenup that he can’t touch her family‘s money. He would sign in 8 seconds.

Take the hottest guy who wants to get married, his family is rich. He asks his fiancé to sign a prenup that she can’t touch her family‘s money. She would not sign. She would want to be “protected” and see what see “gets” out if it.

And they say women fall in “love”.

Why do guys still ask what education level women have attained?
Why do they still ask what they do for a living?
What do you want guys to ask, how many cats you had growing up?

A man goes out with a girl, the next day his friends asks him:

”How was your date last night with Angela?”
”OK.”
”What does she do?”
”I don’t know.”
”Did she go to University?”
’I don’t know.”
”Well, is she a hooker?
”I don’t know.”

Come on.

I would like to keep these things private and confidential. Can't there be other things to ask to get to know me?
What would you want the guy to ask you? Your favourite sexual position?

Unless you are a hot 19 year old virgin who wants to get pregnant tomorrow, a guy asks you questions to help him decide if you can be his partner for life.

I seriously don't understand why they even think guys care about what they study or work as
It shouldn't but at the same time, you don't wanna wife up a girl that's gone to Ivy League school for Art Appreciation and is $260k in debt and working as a barista at Starbucks. It may not matter when you're young but it does factor in more, the older you get.

Many women mistakenly assume the very characteristics they perceive as valuable in a potential mate that a man would also value those same characteristics, in them as a/his woman, and as his potential mate.

I believe this misunderstanding is one of the biggest reasons women have sadly strayed from their feminine nature and instead adopted more male characteristics.

This part mostly. Women are expenses.

Any insight as to why has this only happened now and not at a previous point in history?

ALL women aren't "expenses". Most are! All women don't introduce drag in your life, or will mess up your well intended plans, or will try to keep you "down", but most are like that!

There are still women who will be benefitial and an asset to a mans life, and her presence and energy will add to mans growth, but MOST aren't like this.

Women make the same money as us, so they have money too.

They can be if you are thinking of marrying them and being the head of the household. That's why I waited until marrying my wife since she had 80k debt. I waited until she sold her house and made a profit, which partially paid for our wedding too.

Always look at her debt and family. Those two you will inherit automatically once you get married. Don't marry someone just for her but look at her finances and family. I can't stress this enough. Otherwise just continue being LTR at most.

Some quick thoughts off the top of my head...

I’d say, exponentially fewer feminine mothers and grandmothers left to learn from. Mix that with the Internet changing how people connect and the significantly raised potential partner expectations. Mix in women feeling increased competition anxiety, for securing their idealized mate. As that anxiety builds they will seek to differentiate themselves as a better choice than the women around them. Many follow the media and go super sexualized thinking that is what men most want. Beyond that, left to their own thoughts/beliefs, on how to differentiate themselves further, some women consider how she could be “useful” or helpful, to a potential partner or household.

Women look at what men do and mistakenly think men would appreciate if their woman helped lighten his load, by finding ways to contribute similarly. Women have no idea that a man generally isn’t preferring that kind of “help.” Women usually have next to no awareness that such behavior actually often makes them less desirable to their man, as opposed to more.

Similarly, most young women have no idea that their overly sexualized presentation would ever be a turn off to men, because after all it is what they see sold in the media and is what they perceive men most often choose for the moment.

Most women don’t realize how masculine they are/have become. They have no idea how unappealing a woman’s attempt to be useful and helpful to a man is, when she becomes more masculine in the process. No idea really.

Unfortunately for all, women can/often lose sight of their feminine nature, as women tend to adopt a more masculine essence when they work. Then when women perceive what they do at home also as tasks/work, that masculine essence/vibe can stay present, rather than revert back to feminine once she is home and decompresses. If she doesn’t look after and recharge her feminine nature once home again, she can slip into a more masculine nature 24/7, rather than her feminine nature. That makes no one truly happy.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I've noticed women who are highly educated Masters/PHD degrees
Think that for some reason it's something to be impressed about
However In my experience, these women tend to be least feminine, and combative
Don't get me wrong some of these women are sexy and I understand why they have the energy they do (high positioned careers etc)
However, I tell these women I'm more impressed by how feminine a woman is than their degrees. It blows my mind how women think we judge them on the same scale they judge us

Just my .02 cents
We just need them to shut up and hold still.

Why do they still ask what they do for a living?
I think this is a perfectly natural thing to want to know. Can you really understand someone without knowing what they do for a living, we're talking about something they spend hours per day on here. If I ask a woman "What do you do for a living", and she says "I'm a stripper", that tells me a lot right there.

I've seen a lot of guys on this forum object to this question too, but I just don't see a problem with it. Guys are like "They're after my money!", or even worse "They'll find out I don't have any money!" lol.

By the way, I do think getting a PhD is impressive. But it's not really an attraction factor.

I do see what you mean

I'm still going to keep saying I'm a homemaker.

Its like my transition cue I give to myself to be less masculine and more feminine.
