I think Jack should presume every woman is good inside and see them positively. If you think negatively of women you'll get negative experiances.

Basically this is the Law of Attraction. Emotions are the attractors that bring things into your life. Even if you don't want something it will come to you if you focus too much energy on it. If you want good things to come to you, you need to believe that you will get them. Confidence in getting it will overwhelm doubt and sooner or later (depending on your feelings on the matter) it will come to you.
