Everyone says Smiling is important for girls and for other social environments.
I try but my Cheekbones are big(Like Pennywise :D ), I have a doublechin right now(105kg 186 height.) Also My teeth have spaces between them. And the last one I have a very big mouth(My friends says I look black rappers :D. I like it but When im smiling it's too big.)
So When i smile i find myself more uglier.
For example if I'm normally 5/10, When i smile i find myself 3/10 etc.
Should I still smile or something?
Also Should I show my teeth while I'm smiling?

This is false. There was a study that showed women found men who didn't smile more attractive.
They find men attractive when men show inner amusement, but not laughing out loud.

Inner amusement would go into the category of Proud behavior, this and depressive facial expressions are perceived as more attractive then being happy by woman. It’s kinda weird that they don’t even reinforce happy behaviour, smiling, but kinda understandable and actually reveals that most woman are in fact low value

I think that women just perceive amusement as mature and laughing out loud as immature, and therefore it's not smiling that is unattractive, but the way you smile that can be attractive or unattractive.
Same that Natalie Dormer's smirk is sexier (at least to me) than the fake big smiles of a Hooters waitress.

Eastern Time Zone where it's always really late
It’s also not easy for a lot of guys to smile without seeking approval. Plenty of guys fake a smile to try to get the chick to smile and/or to like them more. It’s creepy at worst and “nice guy” and try hard at best.

Even a business-like/serious expression is preferable to a fake, approval seeking smile.

I believe it’s more than just this. Happy People can seem unattainable, otherwise they wouldn’t find depressive facial expressions/ behavior attractive. It’s like he is already happy, " I wouldn’t make such a big difference if I enter his life, he probably wouldn’t even care if I left him "

No smiling for example can create tension, if there is tension there is more likely passive feelings involved that the woman would experience and woman want to feel + it makes you seem mysterious, which is also well studied and proven

But your point can also be the case, fake smiling especially but I don’t know whether woman can really see through it, from my experience most woman can’t really see through Peoples fakeness.
, but it doesn’t mean there isnt any exception

In the end it doesn’t change the fact that most woman are low value

Wear braces or don't smile, bro. Smiles aren't everything. Self-confidence is.
