Brown rice, right? Pizza is bad because it's processed carbs, more so than the calories. I'm not a fan of carbs in general, but processed carbs and sugar are the absolute worst. If you eat enough healthy fats and natural fiber, it should fill you up enough to stay full without having to count calories.

Most of the foods I eat, I consider "free" foods. Eat all you want whenever you want. Find a raw vegetable you like, and a salad dressing (with no sugar in it) that you also like. I eat raw broccoli dipped in caeser or blue cheese. Any high fiber food, like beans and lentils, is also free. You'll feel like you stuffed yourself, but you won't be hungry again for a long time.

The fewer carbs you eat, the faster the weight will come off. Brown rice has fiber, which makes it better than white, but if you are really concerned about dropping fat quickly, closely scrutinize your carb intake and cut it as much as possible. Healthy fats and fiber are the way to go.

when i started dieting i was astonished at what people eat on a daily basis. i realized how easy it is to gain weight without even trying. this website will help you keep your weight in check.

my best advice to you is to eat with a purpose. i know exactly when i am going to eat and why im going to eat. i binge once a week and i hate myself after. there has been a lot of ups and downs, but i am way healthier than when i started and I would say, a 2000 calorie diet is fairly sustainable.. i've been doing it for 3 months.

Eat calorically dense foods. It helps a lot once you swallow the red pill of nutrition: calorie counting.

Lots of veggies like broccoli, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, lettuce etc. These foods are high in fibre and make you feel full. Plus they fill up your stomach adding to fullness.
Protein should be a staple of your diet. Even if you don't need a tonne of protein to build muscle it has other benefits. For example protein has the highest thermic effect of the macronutrients, meaning the body burns a lot of calories breaking down protein into useable energy for the body. Protein is also less dense calorically, meaning you can eat more without adding in the extra calories. Lastly protein has the highest satiety level of the macronutrients. This means that 1 gram of protein will make you feel fuller than 1 gram of carbs/fat.

Try making a meal of tuna, veggies, chicken, low calorie dressing etc. On a large plate I can fill it up to the max with these items and still only be eating roughly 500 calories of food.

Of course it helps if you did some time in the military and can stomach eating anything.
