I can't lose weight no more, and my growth hormone is so low.

I was doing sports and dieting. At first everything was fine but I had to take a 1 month break. I gained exactly 10 kilos in this 1 month. Even though I started again later, it didn't have any effect. I keep gaining weight (I gain fat, not muscle). I eat 1 meal a day and gain weight again, I work on muscle and gain fat, I do cardio and gain fat...
When I had my hormones checked, even though I am 185 cm tall and 120 kilos, my growth hormone is low and my prolactin is high... An ultrasound was done but there was no problem and we don't know what the problem is. Since I don't have symptoms like feminization, no treatment was given but it confuses me a lot.

I was hesitant to tell the doctors but could excessive masturbation cause this? I know it causes sexual reluctance but could it be decreasing testosterone and growth hormone and increasing prolactin and estrogen?

I'm not the most qualified person on this forum to answer your questions, however, as you probably know already, sleep, stress, diet, and exposure to certain chemical compounds effect your hormone levels.

How old are you? 21? What's your diet like? What's your sleep quality like? Anything stressing you out?

Low levels of growth hormone can interfere with weight loss, so consider consulting an endocrinologist. Focus on quality sleep, stress management, a balanced diet, and regular exercise to support your goals.

You should talk with a doctor. What exactly does your one meal a day consist of ? Do you snack ? What exactly do you do when you work out ? If you’re eating around 2000 calories a day with weight training and some cardio you should not be gaining fat.

orgasm does raise prolactin yes, so stop cooming.

Best way to raise HGH is heavy squats and HIIT sprints at 100% exertion.

Bro you're a little shorter than me but 40(!!!) kilograms heavier!! And much younger...maybe your frame is simply bigger but it's still a good comparison.

You are simply being impatient. Give it time. Here are some tips that worked for me as I went from a bloated belly carrying 92 kilograms to 75 kg with an 8 pack; ( even though I'm at 80 now so I apply this to myself as well!!)

- change your EATING HABITS. Make vegetables and sometimes even meat with water instead of butter/ oil. Eat cheesecake instead of sweets or whatever. Use honey instead of sugar.

-STOP drinking alcohol!! And soda ,even light versions. Juice..gotta go. Learn to drink water and squeeze some lemon juice in it. Those drinks = straight extra weight. 1 liter= 1 kilo.

- work out 7 days a week and include cardio. Imo running is king. If you don't like cardio find a sport you like like football/soccer/kickball or basketball, boxing or any other martial art ect.

- Give it TIME. Don't expect fast results. You gotta make it a lifestyle. Switch up your mindset and become a gymrat. I'm the weekend or during vacations I go do lifting I'm the morning and cardio PLUS boxing in the evening. Week days I always include at least 12 rounds of bag work. Religiously.

Let's say in a worst case scenario you don't lose weight the first 2 months. Do NOT let this discourage you!! Think rather in terms of a full year.

- eat apples. Switch whatever snack you eat with plane ol' apples..works wonders!!

-Include abs workout

- do 100 pushup divided by how much you can ( let's say 10 in a row) every 2 days. Do burpees with a tabata timer.

Let me know how it works.

Edit: the excessive mastrubating does include either laying down or sitting aka no calories being burned . So..depending on your definition of excessive it might indeed have you sitting way too much. If you also a gamer and watch a serie now and then , you simply don't move enough. So...cut down the amount of time you play with your wiener and take some long walks instead.

Have a caloric deficit.

Do cardio and weight training.

Hire a personal trainer if you can.

How’s your diet?

Doing a session with a dietitian is also helpful.

You can also use supplements.
Thermogenics and appetite suppressants.

What’s your BMi?
