My [now ex] girlfriend of 4 years and I have been having problems for the past 3-4 weeks and just recently ended it. During those weeks, I have found it very difficult to eat like I used to and it is affecting my weight. I've lost about 10 pounds in that amount of time!
I try to eat, but when I start eating I get full very, very quickly. Once I get this full feeling, even chewing any more food makes me feel like vomiting. But I know I am not really full because I will be able to eat again in an hour or so.
I am not sitting around moping about our breakup, instead I am hanging out with friends all the time and going out "sarging" to meet and pickup new girls. The problem, however, still persists.
A side effect of this is that I cannot workout, play sports, or exercise properly. I simply do not have enough energy; I get burnt out and light headed very easily.
I am 6'1" and weighed 175lbs at my peak. Before this started, I weighed about 168lbs and now I'm down to about 158lbs. I would like to start eating a ton again so that I have the nutrition and energy to build my muscles back and hopefully get up to 180-185lbs.
Any suggestions on how I can eliminate this feeling and start consuming a lot of food like I used to?
