hi guys

I am 30 years old and I am average on look. I am working as a salesman in mobile accessories shop in a big shopping mall and approximately 95% of my customers are women.

There are girls who are 20s 30s years old and so on , are there any tips or techniques for those girls or all work on them whichever.

What is the best behavior I can adapt so that I can attract women and

what is the best body language , voice tone , posture , gesture and behavior I can use

Your work location and job is a negative first of all, not the most appealing career for women (or girls, whatever you are seeking) as female instinct seeks out men with power, status, and fame (or at least successful financially).

I am also guessing you have to wear some sort of company attire or uniform? So you may not be able to 'dress with style'?? The reason I say this is how you DRESS yourself and express your STYLE will typically make or break a woman's first unspoken assessment of you visually. This will either make or kill your first attempt to interact with them verbally.

All you have left really is your sense of CONFIDENCE to APPEAL TO THEIR SENSES. You have to have incredible eye contact, sense of humour, charm, and wit to counter-act the work location/position you are in, even though you have access to a lot of women.

Not sure how you teach anyone those aspects, it is sometimes inherent to your personality, such as charm. That is another subject all on its own.

Think of the job as a free license to talk to any girl who walks by. She won't know for sure if you are talking to her because she is hot or because you want to sell her something. The hotter she is, the more you want to talk about phones.

Women are constantly on their phone and the cheap phone covers wear out quickly. You can develop your own neg-hits about the girls' phones. Make fun of a worn out cover; call her butterfingers if she has the big shock-impact phone cover. Tell her she could at least get a cover that matched her purse. Also tease any girl who walks by while looking down at her phone and not paying attention to where she is walking. You have a license to be a little obnoxious, as long as you keep it fun and try not to piss anybody off too much.

I am an engineer worked in a big company , but this job is nothing but a second income for me and its a part time job and I own this shop so I can wear any style that fit me for good.

And my question is that how can I attract girls with my body language or behavior posture tone etc >

I was eating a bowl of corn flakes as part of a complete breakfast when I mistakenly swatted the bowl. It crashed into my glass of orange juice which spilled on my brand new white rug and my brand new suit ruining it. It'll cost $2000 to clean my rug and another $3000 to replace my expensive suit. I work in the same industry, for a major wireless carrier in a mall and am finding heavy c&f and negs activate hamsters. Girls that are addicted to their stupid iPhones are generally high maintenance Instagram addicts, so a-hole game has got to be tight. Ride them hard on their celebrity sunglasses and social networking addictions. It's not a bad job to meet girls because EVERY girl is obsessed with their phones.

p.s. - to the smartasses who've got jokes about this job he's got, I don't know about an "accessory kiosk" but I work in a corporate store selling the devices themselves and you can make 50k as an average salesman. The good ones are making 65-70k and I'm 24 years old. The job is monotone, unfulfilling and smartphones feed the female ego beast but financially it is a great pit stop until I figure out a self employment vision.

Actually, I think your job is great for attracting girls. Make them feel like you're giving them a deal on their cell phones or plans, and then just ask them if they'd like to grab a drink later. They'll feel as if they owe you. Afterwards, it's up to you to make a great impression.

You've got to be kidding me, a phone salesman working for Verizon or AT&T or any other major carrier is not making ANYWHERE close to 50k a year, let alone 65-70 lol. You realize you're selling a cell phone? It's not really a high profit / lucrative field. People are bound to their carriers so when they walk in they either need a new phone because they broke theirs, or their contract is up. I'm not too sure if or how much commission these people make, but it is not a lot at all. My guess from doing research is they make around 30k a year, which is not respectable by any means.

Some car salesman don't even make 75k a year, and their commission on a $35k car is far more than the 150 bucks you make selling a $750 phone, assuming commission is as high as 20% which it isn't. If the pay was that good, you wouldn't be figuring out a self employment vision, I would take the $75k/year with zero education necessary and sit around selling phones all day. Gimme a break.

Stop giggling because you don't know what you're talking about. You haven't done any "research". I worked for one of those two major carriers. A coworker of mine made 64k last year. Before that I worked for a much smaller, regional carrier in a midwest state and made 40k working PART TIME. Yes, on 29 hours a week on average. The commission is an outstanding structure and guess what, the good ones used to make 90-100k. They've only cut back in the last 5-8 years.

You have no idea how profitable that industry is. They lock people into a two year contract for a small subsidy on a phone and charge them $100 a month apiece for airspace that costs pennies on the dollar. Those two carriers that you mentioned have 108 million customers each. Do the math and you can see why they pay their salesmen handsomely for closing the deal on another one. I'm working on my own plan because the hours are long, the vacation is infrequent, the work is unsatisfying and the micromanagement is outrageous. You have to sell your soul to their greedy vision.

We've gotten way off topic but I can't stand when a person goes off on a tangent with zero credibility. The fact remains he's got a good job to meet women.

Lol, @ cellphone salesman making 100k. Ive known top cell phone salesman (for major carriers), and they dont make that. Hell, the managers who run the store dont make close to salary someone earlier was throwing around. Any research will show you that as well.

People dont really need to be sold on phones anymore. They know what they want before talking to any salesman most of the time. And plus contracts are on the way out. More and more people are going to prepaid.

According to Carlos Xuma, he knows of a guy in his late 30's or early 40's that has a hot Russian model girlfriend and he's 40 pounds overweight, and he works in an electronic store in the home theater section, definitely not rich, so that's definitely inspiring
