i am starting to doubt everything about alpha male

You gotta do what's right for you and what you feel comfortable with. Masculinity, alpha, manliness, fatherhood... these aren't things that can be quantified by other men looking to make profit or boost their own ego. We all have to live our lives, we all have individual experiences and situations. The majority of things are true, but you need to create a bespoke version of alpha that aligns with your worldview, religious views, cultural and moral outlook.

There's more than 1 way to skin a cat. I think focusing on being a better person/man and relying on my own intuition has worked best for me. However, not everyone has the ability to rely on themselves and their mind so securely, I get that. I take everything I read, see and hear with a pinch of salt.

The best advice to OP is to try to forget terms like alpha etc as it can quite easily end up making him look like a fake, or a moron.

best advice to OP at this point IMO:

- Strongly defend your own interests and friends, do not sacrifice your pre-relationship activities - don’t change your life up for her. Keep doing the things you enjoyed single.

- prioritise lifting, working and all those things that make you move forward in life.


Op has mentioned ego. This has nothing to do with alpha/ beta or whatnot.

Confidence isn’t egotism. If anything being egotistical is insecure behaviour and that’s not considered alpha.

what is termed alpha isn’t being an egotistical ****. If anything this is a cope from less confident men to bring down confident leaders

alpha male stuffs probably work in western countries but here i am the best beta guy in the world to my girl but still she loves me like a crazy. i have held my ears jokingly in order to break her sadness many times but still she loves me. i have given her too much validation but still she cares for me and gets tension if am ever late

Yeap do that, and let's talk again in 2-3 years.

All though i don't really care about the Beta and Alpha crap because i believe it's pointless here is a quick analogy:

Alpha is about keeping the girl long-term attracted and emotionally attached that she does not want to leave.

Beta is about enjoying the short term process yet long-term you get destroyed when she throws you on the streets.
