Through history every great philosopher and mind that has roamed this earth has tried to answer one simple human question. What is the meaning of life(what is happiness)

It is known in philosophy that happiness is the only intrinsic value. Everything else we do in our life is in the means of a greater fulfillment(the longing we have for it)

When it comes to women, I have found my happiness. As I suppose many of the great minds who once roamed here have too.(pook, anti dump, the cornerstones) I am in nirvana; the pinnacle of the mountain and it is time for me to say goodbye. I’ve roamed here for years. Been a member for months. But the journey of life doesn’t stop, and neither shall I. I hope many of you too find your happiness and move on to your next great endeavors.

I would love to one day come back and serve as a moderator or something else; who knows. I am not close to many of you. But if anyone would like to keep in contact send me a PM as I will get the email and we will find a way to do so

Until then, farewell my fellow gentlemen

RIP another great poster. Damn man, I remember Asmodeus was a really great dude who just up and left. Reykhel too rarely comes on. Julian said he was out and he was one of my all-time favorites. And now you’re leaving too. Only a few more great posters remain.

The people with "sense" eventually all move on...there's a whole world out there to conquer and nothing to be gained from here once you get a basic "understanding" of women and arm yourself with the right tools to improve your situation (check the classic topics section). This is my last post on here - good luck to you all in whatever you decide to do.

Yes, such is the nature of life. People come and go.

But I would add @Epicurus that the meaning of life is not necessarily tied at the hip to the pursuit of happiness. This is only the dogma the day. Consider the flipside of this incessant chase after happiness, that of the flight from misery and suffering, and you will understand why so many people, especially women, often become more miserable the more they chase happiness. It is all illusory simply because it is a disconnect from meaning, and reality.

Supposing we are at present the wealthiest, most free and happy generation, why is it that an epidemic of addiction is raging. This new psychology, taking the world by storm, will no doubt become so prevalent and the norm, that people will probably disavow the very notion of addiction in the not too distant future. I wonder if Epicurus could help us.
