Dude, I started this whole journey when I was 45yo so definitely don't give up. Find out the psychology of the modern women and always try to improve mind, body, and soul. So many people just concentrate on one of the groups but not all three. This is how you get good at communicating/interacting with women. Forget about dates or how women look.
