Man, I almost got suspended today because of this retard. It starts out okay, he does his usual sh*t talking and stuff, I reply to him, then this fatass starts to come up me and hit me in the neck. After that, I smack this guy in the back of his head to show him that I wasn't going to take that and when I turn my back, because I thought he was just playing, then this fatass retard decides to punch in my face and start something, before I can fight back, this stupid teacher sees. I just realized what a f*cking idiot the damn English teacher is, she may smart, but if she listens to a damn lie that dude spits, she can't be that smart. I hear some BS about how I'M somehow going to get suspended, because HE pushed me into a disk? Oh hell no and then she tries to blame me saying I said something to start it, BULLSH*T, he's just a f*cking retard. Now, I know why they call these classes special ED classes, the children in the classes may not be mentally disabled, but they do have f*cking attitude problems. So, what do I f*cking do? First of all, this helped me realized how stupid the rules at this school to be, that I can be suspended because SOMEONE ELSE attacked me, I've never heard of such BULLSH*T injustification, a 2 day suspension because somebody attacked me and I was mearly trying to get him off of me? This school is f*cking bullsh*t. There should be RULES on what you can and can NOT suspend for, THIS ISN'T A F*CKING JOKE YOU STUPID TEACHER, THIS GOES ON YOUR F*CKING PERMANENT RECORD, B*TCH, God. So, like I said before, if you were in a situation where theres a chance that you can get suspended because of someone else being a retard, what would you do?

This guy has got you played man, his making you look bad and its working to his advantage. However, you should have kept your cool, don't react to him because it's his way of getting you jacked. Know your rights, the teacher doesn't have evidence and thus with no proof, she can't claim or accuse (which is why you didn't get suspended). Shrug it off. Who cares.

We've all been there, its just the way things are. Don't blame other people for it. Just tell your self "there is a better way to have handled that" and there is.

I've been in very bad situations and I've learnt now that there is a smarter and more cunning way to deal with bad situations.

why all of you americans are so worried about being suspended?! i mean, what could happen? your grades shouldn't be influenced by that... your reputation will go up... you won't be seen as a nice guy anymore... i'd rather be suspended than getting a C in english or an F in every other subject...

Ok, to answer the post above me: At most schools, atleast the ones I have been to, if you are suspended you get a zero for whatever assignments you missed, including tests and quizzes. You also get a bad rep among teachers, which sucks in general, and if you are stupid and get caught a lot, people do not want to hang out with you because you always get them busted.

Viper, man I might not anything about girls, but fighting, that's where I can tell you what to do and what not to do.

First of all, imho, you biggest mistake that you made was you turned your back to this guy. NEVER EVER turn your back to anybody when you are in a confrontation.

Look them right in their eyes, honestly, you can tell when someone really wants to fight if you look them in the eye. I know, for me at least, that, as a rule, you can tell within the first ten seconds of a confrontation if you are going to throw down or not.

Don't ever get in anyones face and don't allow anyone in your face, you need room to move around if you are gonna throw down, unless you are a wrestler...just avoid them. What I mean by this is, don't let them get close, I don't mean back down. I mean those dumbasses that get nose to nose with you when you are about to throw down are cruisin,

Stand up for yourself, but don't fight at the drop of a hat (that was me). If someone calls you a *****, so what...tell them to **** off and move on. If they touch you, like in this case, that is your own judgement. A lot of times, personally I shrug off a push or something along those lines, if someone throws a punch at me or charges me its on.

This didn't come up, but...KEY: never ever ever ever under any circumstances let a girl get involved, they only heat up an already tense situation if some girl is bashing the guy you are trying to avoid fighting he is gonna take that as a personal shot from you... not good.

Always take a non aggressive stance as well, body language says a lot. Personally, I cross my arms behind my back or in front of me, at my crotch, a typical bouncer type of pose.

Never be the first to strike anyone, that is why you should not be in someones face that way you have room to move out of the way of a fist or a tackle or something along those lines.

Hmm, there's more but that really is about all. The girl part and up are the most important I think.

I got in a situation sort of like this.

Basically, each school district has a certain police station that looks over it. You can go to the police station and file a report. An act of violence towards you. You can then get this guy in BIG TIME trouble. Depending on when you hit him back, you could get away with it being self defense. Nevertheless, I would go to the police station and get this sorted out. After all, this guy did ASSAULT you for no GOOD reason.

Get his *** involved with the law and we'll see who's so tuff now.

Yea, you should do that its not like that's a great way to get ostracized by your peers or anything.

If he did something ****ed up like pull a knife or something like that, then yes do that, but a) that is over kill and b) it will make a relatively common high school occurence, one that has probably been forgotten or will be forgotten, into an ordeal. When you get the law involved you get in a world of **** in more than one kind of way.

Adults, parents especially, don't seem to get that.

You need to take some responsibility for actions in your life. Stop blaming everyone else. Granted he provoked you, YOU hit back making you accountable also. The fact that he saved his neck is what anyone would do. Tell the admin whats up, if they dont listen b!tch to your parents and have them talk to the school.
