Umm, how about not doing their job properly? If they are making trips to the surgeon's office when it's not necessary and an email or telephone call would suffice, they are clearly wasting time that could be used for other tasks. I may be an "idiot" but even I know that this is not productive.

Hitting on clients is a big no-no. Lucky for you this surgeon / client is single. If he were in a LTR or married, it'd simply take a few words from his jealous wife / GF for you to lose that fat contract. Or maybe one of his assistants might have the hots for him and hate your female staff for hitting on him, and try to sabotage your contract. Hell, maybe his colleagues' wives have seen it and may put a word or two in their husbands' ears about not using your service. Either way, discipline your staff, don't let them do this, it's not good for your bottom line.
