Hy my name is Adrian i come from sweden and i realy need help with my weight i have 115 kg 1,75 28 years i have starting from last week to keep a diet and work out at gym but i dont know if i do it right . I consum 2000 cal Per day i want to sau also my work is 1 week night 1 week morning i work as a taxi Driver so i dont know how to split my meals i dont know how to eat good. I have lots of fat mostly on my upperbody the legs not so much i will post pictures. Can You all give me advices what to do? What to eat what to train how to train specific exercises. I do cardio run 15 min + bicycle 15 min + weight lifting 40 min. Every day. What should i concetrate more please dont judge me but now i realyse what i did before
