They are in thousands on auctions and so long as interior is okey, dash insn't flooded, and engine isn't locked up, fixable. We talking about problems like water in oil pan, transmission, rear end. Corroded sensor connectors. Eaten up positive connections where salt water hit positive and it was under power. So long as inside modules, they are weather proved and components are coated in gue, water prove. It's just the connectors that get messed up, maybe onboard fuses because of shorts, maybe power mosfets.

If you could get such a car for around 5 to 10 thousand, it could be a deal of a life time.
