Hmm guys this worries me slightly. Sammo mate, it's great that you want to gain respect and such but tbh this isn't likely to turn out too great,
Thanks for your concern, but before I get into my argument let me just tell you this, i'm not into this to gain respect I have other motives. When i came here there were alot of posts about how this forum has gone down hill, and i wanted to be here at it's best. So what i did was create a system in which the best HS DJ's could teach newbie's instead of them just posting boring repetitive questions which appeared to be the problem at the start. Like the good book says "Always serve the many, for serving the many leads to greatness".

no matter how much ambition you have. btw, you're reply on the "keeping girlfriends" post worried me a little. If something on this scale is to be started (including the bootcamp) it really does need to be run by someone that has a lot of experience (I'm not dissing you, but you are pretty new around here).
Sure i understand, but this program and the bootcamp are simply the frame work that I have put up for more experienced HS DJ's to put their knowledge inside. Let me try and clear it up a little better. The bootcamp... I have structured it as best I could, but i am actually getting HS DJ's to help me out with the content (I think i PMed you but i never got a reply)and exercises, the mentor system, i'm only the mentor of one student, because of the time difference, once i have taugh him all i know i will pas him onto another mentor. I hope you see where im going with this.

A similar system to this was started a year ago I seem to recall and well, it sucked. There's likely to be a lot of "mentors" (not fragmentors ) that know the stuff in theory but when it comes to the field they don't have a clue. What I would suggest to people would be to post their problems on the main board and get answered by several people instead of just 1. It would be incredibly easy to be totally misled in this system.
Yes, mine will be different
. I've only selected mentor's by actually going through their post's and seeing if they were worthy. This is what people have been complaining about the whole time, NOONE wants to answer the same question's over and over again, seriously i've heard you say before "Everything on this forum is either newbie questions or tips for newbies" well maybe this will cut down on them, maybe not.

In my opinion, it would more productive to spend more time in the field than on this.
Then we share the same oppinion, i get alot more info when i go out on the field, but i need someone to report my results to, it speeds up the process.

But then that's just me
I'm sure others share your oppinion, your one of the few people on this forum who actually contradict something if they think it is wrong, i respect that. people will not get anywhere if they just agree with everything.
