Wasn't it Thoreau that said simpify? SIMPLIFY, people.
This kind of thing is real simple. First off, to get that body...you must have that dude's (forget his name, but the guy that was in that faggy fighting movie) exact same DNA. Everyone's different, so obviously you will never look EXACTLY like him no matter what.
Second, to get the amount of muscle mass and bodyfat you desire it's the same answer. Everyone wants a shortcut, but there is none...short of Vitamin S. Eat more calories than you burn and work like a dog in the gym (compound multi-joint exercises with progressively increasing weight) to gain muscle. Eat less calories than you burn and work like a dog in the gym (toning) and/or cardio with a high-protein diet to avoid loss of muscle mass to lose bodyfat. That's it. THAT'S IT.
Muscle mags will phrase it differently every issue to continue selling their wares, but the principles remain the same. You don't get lean by "following one rule: OBEY" and you don't gain muscle by eating X amount of Acai supplements or whatever the hell the gimmick of the week is. You gain muscle by eating a truckload of food and lifting a truckload of weight. End of story. Anybody that tells you otherwise is trying to sell you something.
