You want the body of a malnourished child? Just diet and soon you'll look as strange as the guy in the 2nd photo.

The dude in the second pic is really lean. This would mean that your diet and conditioninng/cardio work would be really important. You'd also want to build up a solid strength base for muscularity, which translates to a faster metabolic rate.

Above all, leanness is associated w/ eating clean most of the time (unless you have totally freaky genetics).

Not a difficult one really. You look in reasonable condition now. Remember the guy in the second photo does have a tan and probably is waxed. I would say a clean diet which is low in carbs and higher in protein, deriving your carbs from fresh fruit and veges and keeping away from heavy carbs. To achieve his look you would need to do more cardio, boxercise or kickboxing classes would go along way to achieving this. This is the type of toned body in my view which is easier to maintain and has more appeal to the ladies. If you got a Kettlebell it would also help you achieve this look. As for being malnourished, that is rediculous.

just diet right and continue to do some kind of muscle training and while you are doing it do not put on any fat.

Hehe, I'd guess sub 225lbs.

He's very lean but clearly doesn't train for strength.

I think you already have the same body, but he just looks better because of his darker skin drowned in oil.

Saying that he is just lean shows how much knowledge you really know....also by the way,he isn't oiled up.

Look at his shape and contour and proportionality,he's put his time in the weight room.

Shape? Contour? Proportionality? Wtf is this bullsh1t? This guy is just skinny with little muscle. I fail to see any shape contour or proportionality. Why do you defend these anorexic body types so much? Is it because you have one like that?

He has done jack **** in the weight room, it's all down to his diet. I bet he couldn't even deadlift 60kg

Wow.

Shape, contour, proportionality are what get you women, money, contracts, and ultimately what most people want from having a nice body sex(read not chunky boy bodies). Just ask Fuglydude, who uses his body for a living.

I dance PART TIME... stripping accounts for only 10-15% of my after tax income... I'm not really an authority on what women want in an entertainer, as I don't dance regularly, and I'm sort of a "stagette specialist". I know I would train a lot differently, catering more to aesthetics, if all my cash came from dancing. I focus on training heavy and try to be lean at the same time. I love training heavy. Its one of the ways I relieve stress.

I don't the patience or discipline to watch my diet THAT carefully and I hate doing endless hours of cardio. I still manage 2-3 x 30 min. treadmill sessions a week, and am reasonably adept at cutting down if I have a week or so to prepare for show(s). That being said, I can't be bothered to train for proportion or tone... I'm NOT very proportional: 52-54" inch shoulder girdle w/ 15" arms... 38" ass w/ 15" calves... NOT proportional. I sit around 175-180 at 5'8" w/ around 10% bf... I have a 6 pack all the time except when I eat a giant meal. I'm not as lean or as disciplined as blink when it comes to diet or training for "isolation". I'd rather pull 400+, squat 300+ ATG, do pull ups/dips w/ 100+ around my waist, and be relatively lean, than focus purely on aesthetics and sacrifice strength for a few more lbs of fat loss. Just not my style.

In my experience, women like big, tall, lean/ripped good-looking guys who can put on a good show and are fun w/ great personalities. The top entertainers in my part of the world are in the 6' to 6'3" 210-225 lb range, all shredded w/ 6-8 packs. I think its like this everywhere. A lot of them are on large amounts of gear, but when you're on the road all the time and expected to look elite, its tough to maintain that kinda build w/o a little chemical assistance.

The dude in the pic is definitely good looking w/ a great body that would have most women drooling. However, women have varying taste. I asked my gf, and she considered him ad verbatim "too girly/pretty, but I like his abs". She finds guys like Brad pitt too girly as well. She likes hypermasculine guys... like myself hahaha

I wouldnt worry about it BW. If you listen to half of the rubbish posted on here by keyboard warriors you'd think theres no point in cardio and that deadlifting fatties were the ultimate in fitness:rolleyes:
