I got off the phone with a friend that has a male co-worker friend that had a girlfriend that put out a restraining order on him....he did nothing wrong as she was butt hurt for being dumped. (He broke up with her).

Just scorned women behavior.

His job is rather sensitive to this kind of thing, because if you break the law...you're employer WILL FIND OUT...and depending on the offense, this can be fire-able. He works for the US Govt, but not in the military.

With all this talk about "having game to attract women", does this make it worth to even date women?

if he has a clearance he needs to go to security asap and tell them all about this. in this case, the issue isnt necessarily if he did something, it's that they dont want you to be in a position where you can be blackmailed. otherwise, tell him to stay away from her, and possibly lawyer up and fight. if the charge is false, and the lawyer can prove it, and this has the potential to hurt him economically, a good lawyer can clear the situation and then sue her and make her pay.

Screening is probably 25% effective if its effective at all.

You can only process the information people present to you and people are good at hiding things when they want to. You can't tell me the high divorce rate is so high due to people not screening well. Until there is a way to read minds, screening is mostly a bogus idea designed to give you a false sense of security. People change over time and you cannot predict in what ways they will change.

Best you can do is observe people over time and try to guess their level of sanity. If they have long relationships and a clean arrest record, you can assume they are relatively normal. But its not a guarantee because society usually defends the actions of women or blames outside factors when women go nuts.

Women being normal still contains their actions being based on how they feel or someone/something makes them feel and hypergamy.
This both alone - without even considering meeting a specific Cluster B(itch) weirdo - makes it hard to truly trust or relay on any woman. You can not screen what will make her feel good in the future. That will always be an unknown and due to that critical fact in any relationship with a woman.
