Are there exercises that are specifically for forearms?

there are forearm-specific exercises like wrist curls and reverse wrist curls. but i think deadlifts are just as good. once i started doing heavy deadlifts, my forearms started to grow. over a couple of months i can now lift over 100kg for a short while, while 60kg is a doddle when it used to be fvcking hard

if you want growth in only a certain area do deadlifts only, if you want growth of the whole forearm you must include wrist curls and reverse curls aswell as deadlifts/hammer curls.
