how to talk to girls?

Hey guys whats up, I am new to the bords but not this site. This is my first post though an I just wanted to know one thing. what is the best was to approach a girl for the first time and what would be the best things to say. i mean i been through almost everything on this site about it but i wanted to know from peoples point of view. so if you could help me out i would appreciate it.

it wholly depends on the situation and or an observation of the immediate area
either: talk about the situation, e.g. lecture, talk about latest assignment or test or lecturer or something, or book store ask about some random book or book she's looking at

or talk about something happening in the immediate area or something big about to happen
eg, talk about upcoming open day at a college (that's a lame example actually, lol, mabe not)

It shouldn't be about what you say but how you say it. Signals, vibes. Just say something that can keep a positive, warm conversation going. If you can, use ****y-funny to mess with her and build attraction.

Stay away from negative topics. It really depends, but this is my 2 cents. From what I understand almost everyone has trouble in the arena.

well, at the university i go to. I have problems approaching chicks walking by me or in front of me. I guess all of us guys has that problem with chicks walking by. Ive read some stuff on how to talk to chicks in the library or the cafeteria sittin alone, but i'm still workin on how to do that.

But in class, i sit down next to a chick or a seat nearby to a chick and start talkin about the class or the prof. then i say "btw im lizardfloyd" she'll say her name then its all gravy. Try to talk to her after class on the way out then say "you seem interesting" or "you're pretty cool, whats your number" then she'll either give it to you or not. Don't ask for her number to talk about class, sounds wussy-ish.

Try goin to parties, thats the best place to meet chicks. I met a girl this past week at my friends frat house. Cute girl, seemed like the type id like to have a relationship with. But im not lookin for a relationship at the moment and she seemed liek the type that was smarter than most girls, and wouldnt give it up for a long time.

I'm no DJ but thats my 2 cents worth.

Are you sure giving them that compliment is a good idea? You want to seem mysterious and your goals mysterious. If you tell the girl "Hey, yOU ARE AWESOME LOL" or some equal variation like "interesting, bang me now" the mystery is being solved.

How about more important this question:

Easier then the approach. Get her talking about herself. Just make funny comment in between. Say how you doing in class? She goes "not so good"..I look at her seriously and say "slacker". She then begin to explain. I don't buy it, etc. I once had a convo with this women who was 21 (I was 19). I was interested in know how bars were like, so I asked her and I just kept busting at her. She would say her and her friend would go and have a good time. I would laugh and say "I heared it easy to pick up chick at a bar". She just kept talking and talking and I went along with comments. She later on started re-assuring me she was a mack and would pick up a hot guy and kept referring to me as a hot guy. oh well, Hope you get the point.

Yea C&F is a great way to engage. Just busting on her. Taking what the girl says and twisting it around and misinterpreting it in a funny way. I learned this from DYD.

But it has made me look like a dumb jackass in the past. I realize you have to be really proficient at this before it comes in handy. You don't just wake up one day as the next George Carlin.

If you don't like C&F, I suppose subtle funny remarks to keep the mood light are important. Just keeping a high, positive energy feel is the basis. How you do that is your genius.

Well, I will be honest not everyone laughs at my jokes. Worst case I tell them "What?..got no sense of humor?" (which they began to laugh . I gain my ****y and funny from growing up (best way to defined yourself without fighting is by making jokes). You also have to have the voice tone to go along with it. You have to have a serious voice and face when doing it. Then you can laugh after. Also practice makes perfect. I didn't wake up one day knowing how to do so

I also practice all the time when I go to sleep. When laying in my bed I imagine all sort of different scenarios I am in during a daily day and think of something funny to say. one example is I rehearse different situation of me walking up to a women and think of what I will say and what to say depend how she react as if she says yes or no, get mad or happy, laugh or serious, etc...

this may be true, but you dont wanna be a jerk to them. you want them to like you and you wanna get their interest level up.

dont be a ****, just be yourself, and let it come naturallly.

What do you guys think about this approuch.

Ok you see a girl comming towards you, after giving her some intense eye contact and you PURPOSELY let her pass then you go "HEY, sorry i dont mean to stop like that but you caught my attention, whats your name?" then go on from there.

I think this is short and sweet, its not corny or over the top so its a good approuch for the newbie.
