How do stop constantly having women on your mind i mean the advice here states that women should be more like an addition to your life and not the main goal for you but when the only thing you think about is getting women how do you get them off that damn pedestal in your mind?

Its just Male nature to think about women all the time.
But if you think about the same women all the time you got a problem, you dont want oneitis

If you're gonna think about women, think about how great the next batch of women you are going to meet are & how they'll put your ex to shame.

If you find yourself nonstop thinking about women (most of us do), use it as fire to your desires in other facets of life- go workout to get the body you know women will like. Ifyou want a smart chick, or to impress smart chicks, read some books. Make yourself as attractive as you can- just like the theory of athletes who wear the freshest **** during their games- "look good, play good"...you'll feel more confident about yourself & that in turn will attract some new chicks to you over time.

You'll thank yourself for it brother. Self care is extremely important. A high value male values every facet of his life & how to make himself feel as good as he possibly can on his own without a woman FIRST. You can make incredible progress in 6 months time in the gym, literally transform into a different person if you wanted to & work hard enough. As often as you hear some girls say they prefer the dad bod look, rarely will a chick turn down the idea of hot sex with a guy who looks like a damn Greek statue when naked. It also shows you're a hard worker & are dedicated to a goal & seeing it through. If you're trying to get a bit bigger muscle wise, check out Mike Mentzers "high intensity training" book. Fantastic resource for getting bigger and stronger in a quick period of time.

I don't think you can actually stop thinking about them if you are a heterosexual male. Even the MGTOW guys would say the same thing. What you want to do is stop thinking of the Disney aspect of women or thinking there is an exception to the rule or unicorns and so forth. With me how I don't think of women in a romantic light at all anymore is due to all the horror stories I read or videos I watched about them. It scared me straight.
