How To Respond to Older Women at Work

So I'm in line at the grill in my office's cafe and an older lady gets in like next to, and I mean right next to me, maybe 6 inches, even though there's plenty of room and no one in line behind her. At first I wasn't really consciously aware of it and I was subconsciously moving away each time she got closer, but I soon realized what was going on and that there was a good chance she was doing this on purpose. Next time the line move forward I took a big step and again she stood right up next to me even closer than before.

She was probably 45 or so and sexy, but a little over tanned, not so much that she was orange or anything like that. I started a conversation with her and teased her a bit about standing so close and we talked for a few minutes, and normally I would be a bit more bold with some playful sexual comments, but I was overthinking the whole sexual harassment thing and never got around to making a move.

She seemed to get bored with the conversation as she stopped making eye contact with me, but she did try to keep the conversation going after I stopped talking. Instead I started talking to the woman on the other side of me and a couple minutes later the MILF bumped into me again this time "accidentally" stepped on my shoe. I teased her again and she starting making eye contact again, but then her order was ready and she paid and walked away but as she was walking away she said "see you later sir". We hadn't exchanged names and there were no other guys there so she would have to have meant me, but I didn't look back when she said it.

I'm not sure if I'd want to hook up with her, but I enjoy flirting with women and it's always good to practice. What's the truth about sexual harassment in the workplace? Is it something I need to worry about as long as I use common sense? If for some reason I'm wrong and she wasn't hitting on me, and I said something like "I'm curious if you're as fun as you are cute, what evenings are you free this week", what's the worst that could happen? I mean I'd hope that even if she wasn't interested she take it as a compliment and walk away, but I really like my job and it's not worth risking over one woman.

What would you guys have done?

Oh man I h8 this **** they are all over me and you must always give them attention or they turn nasty. Freakin old hoes have no shame, I got a bud, he only sleeps with 40+ women and is only 29, Im like dude... wtf?

World is a strange place.

On the other hand, few things can benefit you like the good grace of an older woman, couse they get off of taking care of young boys. (and prolly more but I wouldnt go there, I'm talking about grannie types, ofc a hot milf is a hot milf). So if you can balance things correctly, it will benefit you, but old hoes are fuking nasty.

For example my old coworker, I once didnt do something I had to at work couse fuk that ****, but I also took a tip for her from some people (a hotel), and actually put it in an envelope and named it.

So she comes for the shift. I say hi and gtfo. She calls, shes angry, I play stupid. 5 minutes later she calls me all happy and grateful thanking me for not stealing her tip.

See, affect the way they feel, not the way they think. Its like they are lab rats once you get the hang of it. You will start doing it instinctively at one point. Just dont go into fights with them and keep your cool and youll manage.

AND TO YOUR CASE: DO IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT! A hot milf cmon! Do it grab her by the asss shes not stupid she knows whats up.

it's fine when things are cool, if it goes bad then she can use anything against you for revenge.
