No I'm not trolling, I am actually being serious, lol.
I've been doing push ups for quite some time now and I have not been noticing any results, not to mention that I seem to be hurting my back more than anything else. Perhaps my whole posture is wrong while I'm doing push ups.
So it would be much appreciated if you guys could like give me a tip or some type of technique so that I can do it correctly like breath control, posture, etc. I really don't want to end up injuring myself.
