Stop showering and/or brushing your teeth.................she'l be running for the hills 
Consantly disagree and talk about issues you know that bothers him/her.. and TAKE THE SIDE THAT SHE OPPOSES. Be stern about it too, don't laugh. Pay less attention to him/her, flirt with others and spend more time with your friends.
i have this same problem, really bad. I have a girl that is obsessed with me in every sense of the word, tells me she loves me all the time, and i always just say I dont want a gf but we still ****. I am afraid to tell her about other girls cuz it will crush her. I need to turn her off but I dont know how.

I agree with what Skilla said, be clingy, call her all the time and tell her you can't live without her. The reason she's soo into you is because you're not feeling her.
