How to make girls laugh?

I used to have a sense of humor. I was a class clown of sorts in school up to a certain point. Goofy, sarcastic humor. But I don't think that is the type of humor that attracts girls.

I think my sense of humor may have deteriorated over years of drug abuse and incarceration.

Is this where ****y/funny comes in? Playful teasing? What are some examples of these that you have used?

Start with conversation, use the conversation as a springboard for observational humour about something relevant to the girl, tell some anecdotes, go from the observational humour to risque humour when it feels comfortable.

Example: was out with 2 girls showing them round a town last week. Had them laughing a lot.

Started out asking what they were doing in town, turned that into jokes about the town ("I'm guessing you're enjoying the sightseeing rather than the record homelessness?")
From there I made some humourous observations about their home country.

Eventually we walked past an art place which had a table out the front that had legs made out of giant crystal d*cks. Nudged one chick and said "You think they're just for looks or could they be used practically?" Big laugh, arm punch (flirtation), rude humour achieved.

Actually this IS the type of humor that can attract girls. The goofiness CAN be considered as ‘weird’ to some women, but it depends on the person who is doing it. If it matches your personality and you don’t go too far into the ‘goofiness’ of it, then it isn’t weird because it just shows high self esteem. Just be sure to somewhat call yourself out sometimes so that it shows you are just playing around.

If it doesn’t match your personality, then it isn’t really attractive. Part of it also depends on age. I’m 19 so I can get away with doing stupider **** than someone who is older. You need to find the balance that’s good for you. The only way to really find out for certain is to experiment in different social situations.

Put the sexual advances on the back burner and focus on just having a good time with the girls at first. If you're thinking about sex you'll escalate to rude humour too fast or you'll put her on edge in general. If you're both relaxed the humour will come naturally with a little practice.

It's like if you're trying to get a job at a casual interview. You don't stare intensely at the interviewer the whole time with "I WANT THIS JOB" written on your face. Instead you make a few bits of light conversation, show interest in what they're saying and then try and say something to promote rapport with them.

Also humour online is almost f*cking impossible to convey, especially when you haven't met the chick in RL first. So I just skip it after one or two light jokes and start trying to get the date.

A classic go-to: respond to a picture where she's obviously trying to look hot, but mention some stupid sh1t in the background. "Dirty floor you have there," for example.

Don't think about it in terms of making the woman laugh. Think about what would make your buddies laugh. This is basically c0cky+funny.

Yeah of course. If you hold off too much (a mistake I make often) you get friend zoned indeed.

humor is subjective, the only way to know if your joke is funny is to tell it 10 times, keep that in mind that just because one girl laughs or doesn't laugh doesn't reflect the quality of your humor

watch a lot of comedy, whether memes on the internet, sitcoms or stand-up , you must be well acquainted with good jokes and what's funny

find the style of humor that fits you, whether crass and crude, sexual, R rated, PG-13, puns and double meanings, roasting, dark, edgy, observational, skits, etc.

there's people who can't be funny in a way they could tell their grandma, and there's people who could be funny in any context

also delivery and wording are important, you want to have the right facial expression and tone for the joke and have the joke be as concise and easy to understand as possible, a joke that takes forever is lame, a joke you have to explain is lame, a joke the person you're talking to doesn't get is lame, etc.
