Aren't you the same guy who JUST asked this girl to be exclusive a couple of days ago? Isn't she the girl who you hung out with as a friend who wanted more with you all along? Sorry dude, but if you break up with her after only a couple of days you are going to come off as being lame, flaky, indecisive and as not having your act together. Not only will you lose out on ever being with her in the future, but you will lose the friendship as well. And for what? A girl you don't even think is as good as the one you've got? And you're ready to break up with the new g/f just so you can see if this other girl will have sex with you? Sorry, but that's just plain dumb.
It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

At 19 - you have a lot of changing to do and life to live.
chances are this will not last especially at such a young age - so are you going to throw away opportunities? for what? regrets later in life?
The question should be - are you willing to forsake all other women for your current girl? FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE?
if the answer to that is no, then what are you doing?
there is no guarantee that this other chick will put out anyways. So why not hang out with her - and just have fun.
