dude i excersice daily and i'm feeling great and powerful...but i can tell you by experience


when you wack off and try to conversate and try to advance with women you feel as if you don't need too

When you don't wack off your testosterome level is higher than that of the person who just wacked it...it's like we live to bust a nut and getting that thing between our legs into a women...so you feel more alive and willing to conversate and advance with women...b/c now you have a reason to talk to her.

i know nothing about the medical just by experience...

Faca, theres an herb/supplement called tribbulus that will kick up your sex drive and testosterone levels, Im over 40 and I take it all the time, also korean ginseng is good, there a formula on the market that i buy, but i dont think we can write brand names in this forum, but if you message me ill email you back with the info, ive taken it for a few years and can definetly notice the difference.

Dude, that's what i experienced too.. but you put it better in words. The same thing after sex that you don't need to talk, hug or anything else.

thanks for the advice, but i don't think that i'll need the supplements. (not yet).. Just gonna excersise daily and eat better, which i know from experience that works just fine.

Which nutrition/foods are good for boosting testosterone? .. i read somewhere that nuts or oil products are good?..

I agree.

I tend to do my abs FIRST....then go to the squats to increase testosterene...and then do my full body work out (weights/machines). And if I have time...then do 20-30 minutes light cardio.

I take zinc (I had to stop a few months ago, because I wanted my girlfriend more than 2-3 times a day EVERYDAY...now I only want her EVERYDAY, but no more than 2 per day). Now...remember, I'm in my upper 30s.

Avoid ALCOHOL and avoid marihuana or any other type of drugs.

Eat foods high in zinc. But also avoid as much fast food as possible.

Once again, exercise.

Oh...and yes...LOT of masturbation MIGHT or MIGHT not decrease your testosterene...but it would certainly mess you up as a lover. And with time it will screw your life.

Ok thats not true Tribbulis is a load of crock none of that stuff works! Weightlifting is my life and i'll tell you right now supplements are a WASTE of TIME and MONEY. Creatine is a cell volumizer so its ok. Ginseng is an herb that JUST gives you energy not supplementing Test. BCAA are meant to be takin pre and post workout to prevent the breakdown of muscles during workouts, and if you take that take the powder not the pills. Arginine is waste of money it can do you more bad than good and all your pumps that you think you're getting is from all the hype that's put behind this supplement. Anyother questions about supp's you guys wanna know?

wackin off can be good if ur stressed...jus do it in moderation cus if u spend ur whole life tryin NOT to wack off then youll be thinkin about it and itll run ur life

of course, real pu$$y is better but u cant always get it when u want it...

Its true as far as Im concerned, I get my opinions by trial and error, and Ive tried it and observed the results, not read a magazine and tried to sound like an expert.

Explain marijuana usage corrolating to THC. I mean I've studied it a TON, its effects, chemical make up (to a certain extent), etc, and I have not seen anything about it lowering testosterone/ sex drive, however being LAZY enough not to want to while on the drug I could understand. Alcohol on the otehr hand has an effect, post usage, so I would like to see your source, I would hate to have to cut back on making sweet love to Mary jane.

One balls out set for 20 reps. Pause (but don't rack the bar) if you need to for completion. If you also do heavy, low-rep sets of squats, do those first. The widowmaker will be the end of squatting for the day. If you can do more than 20, great. If you aren't able to get close to 20, you're using too much weight.
