There's a lot of good points above.

I've said this again in my other posts and will say it again.

- Find someone that loves you more than you love her
- Find someone that is selfless
- Find someone that is nurturing
- Find someone that has a good family structure and looks highly of her dad
- Find someone without any hardcore feminist views
- Find someone without mental issues
- Find someone that treats EVERYONE good
- Find someone that is low maintenance. High maintenance girls wants everyone to take care of them. How can they be a good mother and take care of her own kids?
- Find someone that has gone through life's adversities with you or passed your $hit tests(losing a job, losing a loved one, going on international vacation, embarking on a house remodel or other big projects). This is a big thing to test for "for better or for worse" scenarios
-Find someone that will respect you even if you differ in your opinions on things
- Find someone that takes care of themselves(mentally, physically, spiritually)
- Find someone that can move past things and not forever hold grudges
- Find someone that is going to look up to you as the leader of the household
- Her having a lower SMV can help but ultimately everyone ages differently. Some smv's go up and some go down in the long run

I'm sure I'm missing a couple other items but after being married for over 13 years with kids this is the conclusion I came to.

Nothing is guaranteed in life but if she checks the list above, there is a high chance for success.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
