Cut carbs out and eat fats to attain that satisfied feeling. I do not eat any dairy at all except heavy whipping cream and butter and cheese (no milk, no yogurt, no half & half, no ice cream) I do not eat bread of any type including crackers. I do not eat pasta or pizza. I do not drink sodas or beer or sugary drinks of any sort. I do not eat rice or tortillas. I do not eat junk food, fast food or fried food.

I will eat fresh fruits in moderation (yes they have some carbs but they also have dietary fiber and are nutrient dense). Favorite fruits are berries, pineapple, apple, and grapefruit. I eat lots of vegetables and some beans or lentils.

If candida is an issue cut out all sugars except those naturally occurring in fruit, eat nuts, eat avocadoes, eat olives.

All this is in addition to protein. Meat, eggs, fish, etc. I do not count calories. I count carbs. I find that if I stay under 40 carbs a day my weight is stable or I'll actually lose weight gradually. If you consume alcohol drink a spirit like vodka rather than beer. Vodka/soda or straight vodka has no carbs while a beer has carbs. I also do drink sparkling wine a couple times a week. A dry sparkling wine like prosecco will only have 6 or so carbs per drink, so it's relatively low impact from a carb perspective.

So count carbs over calories and be strict about it. Also. Get yourself some unsweet cranberry juice and some apple cider vinegar. Take two shots of the apple cider vinegar, chase with water every night before bed (the water is important to rinse the vinegar residue from your teeth), and take two shots of unsweet cranberry juice each morning (I put powdered vitamin C in mine) - the cranberry will be very very sour. Just drink it. These two things will help knock the yeast population back to a reasonable level in a few weeks time. Cutting sugar out of your diet simultaneously will accelerate the process. Yeast feeds on sugar so you are cutting the infection's fuel. The vinegar and the cranberry will alkalize the body and this will also control the yeast overgrowth and improve your health.

But you'll be grouchy and irritable for a few days if you start this regimen. Your tissues will not like the detox initially - and you'll have some sugar blues in the short term. But in the long term you'll feel much better.

I'm not going to post a full body picture on this website although the avatar is a photo from this past holiday season. I've been a size 0-4 or a XS or S (depending on the dress maker) for 30 years and through 3 pregnancies. I do not appear to have ever had children. Some of that is great genetics but lots of it is self-discipline. My metabolism is slower than it once was and so I have to be careful to exercise moderately (regular walking and resistance *lifting*) and eat properly. I'm currently 122 lbs. at 5'6" with well defined muscle. I have a trim athletic body and still have the very cut calves from years of playing soccer in high school and college. My arms are still well defined. I've been with in +/- 7 lbs. of this weight my entire life except during pregnancy when I gained about 25 lbs of baby and associated pregnancy weight.

I look the way I do because of the lifestyle choices I make. That is key. Eating properly is not a short term thing. Neither is working out. Both are lifestyle choices and both require discipline & commitment.

That and I'm too cheap to replace my wardrobe of expensive clothes, lol. Those clothes are size 0, 2, 4, XS and S. So that is motivation for me to stay fit, quite independent of what men think.

Keto diet takes great discipline. Kudos for you for keeping it up.

No, seriously. If you want to be "shredded" like the people on instagram and youtube, you need a supplier and a few cycles of steroids. Their physiques are simply unattainable naturally.

IF you desire to be as lean as naturally possible, limit carb intake, drink lots of water, and do intensive cardio and heavy strength training. Expectations are most important here. You can only maintain 10-12% naturally over time, +/- 2% depending on on genetics. Fitness models are usually 5-7%, hence why they all resort to drugs. (Yes, they ALL do it).

I’ve been under 8% bodyfat for the last 4-6 years straight. Never have I gone over. I’ve gone to about 4-5% a few times during then too (only been able to hold that state for a few days though...). You don’t need steroids. You only need them if you want to weigh 215 lbs and stay that lean. Most people don’t need that.
 

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

Oh yeah and OP I forgot to mention, when I say dairy fats, I mean particularly milk and especially cheese. Cheese is the key here. You can melt it over anything.

Butter and any sort of cream is a no go too. If you do like butter, use ghee instead. It’s healthier. And absolutely no margarine. Horrible stuff.

When I said that dairy fats teach your body how to burn fat more easily, cheese is the main thing I was talking about. Substitute some carbs for some cheese.

eliminate all sugars and sauces as well as breads and other carbs and fats. eat a high protein diet while you lift.

lol i eat mainly carbs when bulking because they are cheaper. i need more protein in diet for faster gains im sure

keep your carbs under 100g for the day. Alcohol is the greatest sin, simply don't drink. Cut out white and processed things such as white sugar, white flower, white bread, white rice any processed foods such as noodles, etc.

Get your carbs from fruits and vegetables and oats.

Do an 1hr of cardio about 5 times a week while you are stripping fat. Your energy won't be at the very highest levels, but you will be losing fat every single week.

While you are stripping hit the weights at least 3 days a week, keep protein intake .7-1 gram per lb of bodyweight.

I'm not a fan of whale or pig style bulking. Muscle takes many years to develop. Get all fat off and lean gain year after year.

On this plan you will drop 2-4lbs a week of straight fat. Do this day by day week by week until you hit your result. Give yourself 6 months for a transformation, 2 and 3 is too short. COMMIT.

Keto is overkill. Especially for an athelete. The right carbs are like high octane fuels needed for seriously high boost or high compression engines, the engine runs a ton better on them. Doing Keto for 3 months or so will teach you how the different carbs affect you as you add them back. I found oats to be long sustaining energy, and bananas great before my sport of choice, two bananas fuels an entire hour of high intensity session. Burning on fats, just puts out less power, but it will rip fat off of you. So evaluate. throwing in a fast day once or twice a month isn't a bad idea either. You will certainly lose fat on those days, and be in keto after 18-24 hours.

Anyway my system while cutting is 100 G of carbs, most of it before your workout. That's only 400 calories. A lot of your workouts are burning 500-1000 calories for 30 min - 2 hrs. So all the rest of the time your burning fat.

Also cut out anything unnatural or processed. We made it easy when we said "white", white flower, white bread, white rice, white cerial, wine/beer, cows milk, anything with a bunch of chemicals and preservatives on the side label.

Your inflammation and fat will drop down week by week.

Also drinking PURE water is crucial. Any colored fluid unless it is freshly squeezed from fruit or veggies is going to hold you back. Having enough water is necessary for your system to work correctly and necessary for body fat burning.

It takes time, hence give it 6 months at least.

Most guys with a good amount of fat on em can drop 8-12lbs a month for several months. A smaller guy might get 3-5lbs a month for several months.

It comes off in whichever order it comes off on for you> So if you don't see abs and obliques then your still fat.

No excuses - commit.

So in the end you obtain LOW BF% through COMMITTING to a PLANNED effort which spans several months. If you never been cut before give it 3-6 months. COMMIT.

And if you are fatter it can take a year or more. Think about a 5'8" 280lb lady, it will take her about a year to get to 130-150.
