How to get sexual favors?

had some easy lays this way when i started my firm and was looking for employees (phony sexual harassment lawsuits are VERY rare here).
i did it like this: had an interview with the woman, told her she was one of the best candidates, then casually asked her to "go grab a coffee sometimes". they all said yes, and while out for a coffee, i escalated normally / not too aggressive. they always had the opportunity to opt out without being embarrassing for neither of us (i do this on normal dates also).

more than 50% of them was in. they got the job some of them initiated even after they got it, and one of my current plates is one of these girls.
the trick was to NEVER be blunt and say "i help you if you help me" keep up that "no strings attached and no pressure" atmosphere. if you make them feel like a ho, or pressured,
1. you will be a creep who must blackmail to get laid - they will not like you
2. they will feel cheap, and reject you AND the job.
but if you play it cool, you can land a few plates from it, and even good friends.
in my firm we are almost like a family now, mostly because of this friendly start.

All I am simply asking in this thread is, what is ANOTHER way to say: "let's go have sex" - which BTW is something even the most FORWARD and HONEST person wouldn't say to someone they just met. Hell I know husbands who'd never flat out say that to their wives and they've been married for years!

Where are you located, out of curiosity? And how have you determined that phony sexual harassment suits are extremely rare in your area?

I'm VERY honest with myself. My thing is instead of running some "game" for weeks on end, I just be upfront and make an offer.

I'm just wondering what's the best way to word it. Yes, I love the drink idea, but as I said earlier, I'm looking for lines.

i have moved to romania 2 years ago for tax reasons regading my company. i LOVE this place! basically all eastern europe is cool with this stuff, and i cannot recall ONE sexual harassment charge i know of since i moved here. even if true, people settle this among themselves. also the whole feminism stuff is on the "who cares" agenda of the polititians and law, so nobody takes it seriously.
also, in these situations (when the boss hits on a cute employee), they can still accept/reject and that's it. one has to be an ******* to fire the secretary for not wanting to put out. there are cases, but very rare.
