How to get reputation and respect back?

Ok, I just lost a lot of respect and reputation at school today.

Some idiot put glue all over my lock, its normally funny but he annoys me all the time, so it wasnt funny and I was pretty pissed off.

So then the coordinator walks past and starts blaming me for being late (I was cleaning my lock).

I told her that a certain someone did this.
(Someone told me who it was)

Then that guy got an afterschool detention and community service for a bit.

He has a lot of friends too and lots of them were friends of mine, but now they are angry at me too because I told.
*I knew I should just fought him or something

Now not only that guy, but lots of other guys are not my friends anymore b'cos of that and I lost a fair bit of reputation aswell.

I still got plenty of other friends, but I still wanna be friends with those guys too.

So my question is, how do I get my rep back and respect from my ex/friends back.

I mean, if he didnt put the glue on my lock, this never would have happened!

Never happened to me, but it's happened where someone actually glued the whole locker shut. It's common.

If it were me I would of laughed my ass off to and get him back with a better prank.

don't make a scene out of it. just get the lock cleaned up quietly and don't get angry. then, glue his locker closed. he won't blame you because he started it and you both know it, plus your getting even and one upping him.

real friends don't get mad over stupid reasons, so if they keep messing with you about it, just be like damn, he put glue on my lock, and someone told me who it was, whats the f*ckin problem so yea, dont trip about them

yea and that was some childish stuff, our lockers have these little holes on top, and today after 7th hour when i opened my locker there was like some liquid over books, and there was an empty bottle of Mountain Dew a locker down. it wasnt so bad, i dont know if it was done on purpose or not, but the point is, stuff happens, you just cant let it stress you out.

i did some stuff like that, one time during an assembly we were givin little bags, which contained toothpaste, a condom, and brochures and sh*t. well i took the toothpaste, and would put a little dab on the underside of people's padlocks, then i would watch the reaction when people would take the lock, then get their fingers full of paste, then they would be all grossed out and wouldnt know what it was. i laughed at the time, but now these little type of pranks dont seem so funny.

just act like it doesnt bother you, if they are real friends they will realize they are mad for a stupid reason and they will come back.
