In many instances in life, people find rejections to be the thing that gets to them and they seem afraid of the most. It isn't the thing that they are most afraid of, but it feels that way. Why does rejection feel this way?

Rejection is not exactly the problem, but there is a demon in it called depression that follows the rejection. The typical track that the demon follows is this.

First you feel that you failed,
then you feel like what you do is not worth it,
then you feel upset that you tried,
then you feel that you shouldn't have trusted God in the first place.

That's to tell you that when you do something that you risk your confidence and trust for, you are actually trying to trust God who promised you that your life will be good.

To get past rejection, there are methods that will overcome the demon.

The method that some people use is positive affirmation. People say "I did not fail. I'm almost there." Some people say "failure is just an obstacle along the path of success." That gets past the feeling of failure. Secondly, people say to themselves "this is worth it" or convince themselves again that it is something they truly want to do. They say I want to do this because of what is promised to me in the future if I continue (ie, friends, success, happiness, freedom.) That is promised by God. That means that to overcome that you can just remind yourself that it is worth it really. Then they say to themselves "it was worth a try" or "if you don't try, you won't succeed" or "if you don't try, you'll ever know." That gets past the upset of having tried. Finally, they say things like "I trust God and I can do this" or "God is my Lord." That keeps them focused.

There are other ways to get past it.

If you understand that it is a demon, you can just tell the demon to leave. It is the typical track that the demon do that was elicited.

That is to fight it directly. You can also fight it by praying for the blessing against the feelings. They are feelings that cause you doubt. The way to overcome doubt is faith.

Finally, there is a way through trust. If you trust that God meant for you to do it, you never have to worry, because they want you to think you're not supposed to do it. That is all.

Also another way is to prepare ahead of time. Remember the track? Well if you know that it wants you to think that you failed, you can say ahead of time, "I want to be able to do this even past any appearance of failure" to God. Then you can say, "make it always feel like it's worth it." Afterwards you can say, "If I try it, never let me regret it." Finally, say "Give me trust of you, God." That will overcome it ahead of time.

To do it through your training, there is prayer method. After all, everything you truly do, you do it to God. You dedicate your time, energy, and strength. Who do you dedicate it to?

So to do it through training. Train to fight the feeling of failure. That is feel the failure, and train past it. Continue to train even when you feel like you failed. If you can get in another workout or another set even after you failed, you've done it. You'd be fighting a demon, so even if you do a lower weight, as long as you continue, you will get past it. That means you are dedicating your time to fight the failure and that is your prayer "I will fight this for God."

To train to fight against the feeling it's not worth it, train when you feel like it's not worth it. Every time you feel like weight lifting isn't worth it anymore, you can take the decision to go lift again. That's if it was God's will for you to train. It's just a feeling that's telling you not to train. Test if it confesses about God. If it doesn't it's just lying to you. Say to the feeling, "Who is your God." If it says anyone other than Jesus Christ or the Lord Almighty, it's a liar.

To train to fight the feeling that you shouldn't have tried, (and some of you have felt it after feeling like you keep getting little gains) keep training even when it feels that way. Most people quit at this point. They think "I shouldn't have tried, **** it." Then they quit. Don't quit. Keep going. Keep trying. Keep trying new weights, new sets, new workouts, and new plans if it is God's will. That's means to pray, "i will try because I believe."

Finally to get past the feeling that you shouldn't have trusted God, you can do this. Ask God what workout he wants you to do. When you get the answer, test it if it confesses about God. Finally, do it if it is God. That's to prove that you should have trusted, and you truly should have lifted.

That is all.

Jesus is the Lord.

Any advice at all on any topic.

First, believe in yourself, then the imaginary.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
