This is one of the biggest things that keeps new guys and even some more experienced guys from approaching, approach anxiety. How do you know you have approach anxiety? You see a girl you want to approach, but you don't go up to her because you're scared. People with approach anxiety are usually going for outcome or overanalyze the situation. Unless you're a natural or something, every guy's gone through this at one phase, even Pick Up Guru's like Mystery had approach anxiety at one time. So here I'm going to give you some tips that will help you get over approach anxiety...

1. Don't overanalyze the situation.

This is what a lot of guys do that keeps them from approaching, they overanalyze. "Oh, what if she doesn't like me?" "Oh, what if she ignores me?" "What if I fail?" are all common overanalyzations. Best way to get over this is to not THINK about it, but simply go up to the girl and say something. Even if you only say "Hey" to her and nothing else, you had the balls to approach her.

2. If you're a newbie, you probably shouldn't use routines.

If you're a newbie to the whole approaching thing and you have approach anxiety, you should probably stay far away from routines. The reason routines are bad if you have bad approach anxiety, is because you'll be concentrating too much on getting the line out perfectly. And if you DO finally get the balls to approach her, let's face it, it's probably not going to come off as real and she won't be interested. You'll be concentrating more on the line than just having a good time with the girl. I know when I tried to use routines, most of the time I wouldn't go up there and when I did, it came off as fake.

3. "What do I say to her?"

This is a question a lot of guys asks and my answer to this is, SAY ANYTHING. Yes walk up to her and just say anything. Don't think about what you're going to say before you go up there, just say SOMETHING when you get up there. The reason I say this is because if you think about it too much, you start overanalyzing and will probably NOT go up to her.

4. Don't expect the perfect approach.

Don't expect the perfect approach, it's not going to happen.

And those are my tips on overcoming approach anxiety.

Also one more tip which I should of used last night at the party. Don't worry about what other people think. There were these 2 white girls at a mostly black party and I wanted to approach them, but I thought "What if my brother is watching me? He'll tease my for approaching white girls" or "What if those dudes are watching me and they see I mess up?". I had a LONG time to approach them while they were alone, but eventually they got out of the pool and left.

2. If you're a newbie, you probably shouldn't use routines.
I disagree. Routines are some sort of training wheels that you should use in case you have no idea what to say. Most beginners don't really know what to say when they see a set of beautiful women that's why they come in handy and they give you some sort of confidence. You don't overanalize because you already know what to say.

here is another tip.

before you approach visualize yourself having sex with the target. That helps you to act more sexual.

turn the fire into combustion! (well... engine style :D)

after all all that anxiety becomes sort of adrenalin so enjoy the feeling! it's really a no risk ride!

after the approach is done don't go into the what if's!

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.
