Well most women try to rate you in comparison to their last boyfriend so you end up in an unavoidable competition with him in their minds... What i do is tell them to "clear their mind of what they thought, and get ready for the real deal..." LOL works very well!

you gotta try humor first. respond back with something like, "Yeah, you should've met this super model I used to date. Ever heard of Heidi Klum?" something like that. And then go on and on about x supermodel/celebrity's looks /brains/etc . maybe then she will get a clue. but if she keeps pulling that ****, she's out.
