What's the best manuver to get rid of this remorse?

So should i be simply blunt and say "Get over it, there are worse problems." or just completely ditch them?

I'd do neither. Letting them see that it bothers you is bad. You have to not care, or make them think you don't. Tell them that the ex seems like a really nice guy, and that they should get back together. Then she'll be the one to insult him - you don't have to.

If a girl is on my d!ck right now, that is all that matters. She can love whoever the hell she wants, go back to an ex tomorrow, whatever. As long as I am getting sex right now, I could not care less.

I don't put up with it at all, I just get it out there. I let them know I don't like hearing them whinge and that I'm not the type of guy that she should be telling these things to.

It may seem like I'm coming out a little harsh, but I haven't had a single negative response as of yet. It depends on how you say it, and whether what you've said is congruent with the way you act.
