When done interacting with a girl, leave her for about three or four seconds at the climax of interaction, and turn back like you are changing your mind and ask her "Do you have email?" "Yes", "Good. Write your email down"
She writes it, "....and put your number below".

OR, give her your contact information, and ask her what is her's. This is to try and get a reciprocating response. Again, leave her at a climax of an interaction, and return back 3-4 seconds.

If the interaction doesn't climax - don't bother, she'll likely give you a wrong number or flake.

Climax = zeinith of interaction - you got her to laugh, you got her aroused, or she seems to be enjoying herself -- CUT OFF RIGHT AWAY, make up an excuse that you have to go, count to three-four seconds, like you are thinking of something then 'BTW: Do you have email?"
