ok i think beginning to dig this one chick, except shes not like the others

she seems genuinely friendly to everyone. shes not flirty, but shes always happy, and laughing with everyone. now she has given me a lot of IOIs (such as saying that she has grown fond of me), but i cant figure out if they are "i want you" IOIs or the IOIs she gives to all her friends (trust me she is really friendly to everyone).

anyway, at the beginning i just c+f a lot and teased her and had a lot of fun with her. but now im beginning to like her, like i could really see her as my gf. i want to tell/show her that im more than interested. how would i show this type of girl, becuase she would just interpret every move as more friendliness. should i just come right out???
