Read apply and repeat. Keep repeating.

Read threads on inner game. It's basically about changing your thoughts from negative to positive. It won't happen overnight and you'll have to put the work in but it's well worth the effort and you'll notice small results over time.

Also it's important to understand what you're reading. Don't just read something and not understand what it's about.

I found that my inner game went way up once I started working out, running, and swimming.

Then I started doing things I enjoyed, such as making money and playing GTA IV. Girls don't matter. I don't masterbate more than one time a week, to keep my energy levels up.

Now, at the moment I'm quite sick (Cold), but as soon as I get better I'm going to hit the gym and pool twofold to make up for all the lost exercise.

Too Many Women?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Noticed as well.

But the only way for me to fall asleep is if I'm active during the day, so I MUST either run or swim, as well as lift weights.

It's a vicious circle, this self-improvement thing. I think I'm getting past the learning curve!

yup. im really glad ive got the lifting weights part down. Probably is the best thing i have in my life. seeing results and pushing myself every day is just a great experience and then i get home and fall asleep like a baby. Awesome.

Anyway, where can I read some really good inner game stuff? Today and yesterday i kinda worked on my inner game and thought processing, and came up with some new things:

I'm going to be who i really am. F*ck conformity and trying to fit in. If people dont like me for what i truly am, that's a lot better than living a lie and having people like me for that. Once I reveal my real self I will unleash my potential.

I'm going to die someday so why not do whatever the hell i can do make my life as fun as possible?

F*ck what other people think, most people are insecure as hell and mostly worry about themselves.

In order to be confident, I need to have a strong self-image. I need to really know who I am to be confident in myself. With this comes developing my abilities, having my own opinions, and back to what i said about not trying to fit in.

I'm free to do whatever I want. There are no boundaries or rules. Anything is possible and living by structure and rules is bullsh*t. (Doesnt mean I'm going to go out any kill anyone guys)

If I think of any more, I'll tell you guys. It seems when my inner game improves I am so much more full of energy and excitement for what life holds in the future.

Very true. Grand Theft Auto 4 helped me worry about a world different from the real world...so when I returned to the real world I felt refreshed.

Girl and I broke up. Yea, I broke up with her, but didn't have the inner game to move on. "I miss you, I need you" etc - no inner game.

Joined a new gym. Bought a playstation 3 with grand theft auto 4. Had sex with a new girl (who was thinner than my ex). Can't remember the last time I masturbated...

Started connecting with college friends. Have gone to the city once a week for the last 5 consecutive weeks. Met up with some people from this site.

Suddenly I don't give a sh!t about my ex and really don't give a sh!t about getting laid. If pu$$y wants to come along, great. If not, great. Unfortunately I beat Grand Theft Auto 4 in 3 weeks.

Also, by not giving a sh!t, and not walking around with the look of death on my face, I attract more women. I get numbers, some I call, some I set up dates with, some I just say "hey me and a buddy of mine are going back to the bar we met at...you should stop by..bring some friends..." no need for a date.

I've developed inner game, and you hit the nail on the head here. Understand that you can do more things for yourself. More money to invest, less spent on her. More money on you. More time for you. You > her.

thats awesome dude
i do feel that when i used to dominate at a select game on xbox it gave me confidence, but I decided to give up video games because i kind of used them just to pass time instead of for fun, when i could be improving myself. But i know exactly what you're talking about.

Being a DJ is more about being successful and happy then nailing a ton of *****es.
