Uh, Western woman? Sorry, but Western woman don't need men. They all work and have their own places. Try going East. Go visit Ukraine or Russia. See what your passport and/or money gets you. It is a part of those cultures for younger girls to fall in love with an older man with money. In America girls were once told to find a man who could support them. A man with a good job. Now they just want you for cooking and cleaning up their messes.

Here is a famous Russian language celeb. who has tv shows and writes books on how young ladies can meet wealthy men who "yezdit na bentley" (drive Bentleys). Such a character would never fly in America.

Going to a gym will not make you handsome.
If you are fat and/or out of shape it will make you fit, if you follow a smart diet along with it. But it will not make you handsome.

Also, haven't you seen the research showing women do not care about muscles nearly as much as men do?
I know there's that post of Pook's that talks about how he got more attention as he got more massive but there's something about that post that bugs me. It's like there isn't enough information there. There may have been other factors at work, like his game improving with experience as he was getting bigger. His confidence probably was increasing also.

That said, of course I still recommend working out. But it's not necessarily going to make you handsome.
