How to avoid the creep trap?

Ok, i've just got loads of girls who think i'm a creep at work. How do i avoid these situations?! It's really hard cause it seems like woman enjoy the very things that they complain about. For instance being touched, having outrageous things said etc. How can i avoid this becoming a sexual harrassment suit when all i want to do is make love and friends. HELP!

Alter the way you interact. If they are complaining..then you aren't doing it right. Why not just act like a normal person and converse with them first before tryign to pick them up, yes?

Ahh, I operate on different principles then you would. It's like doing a 180. But..you just have to think about what creeps them out..and you change that.

Girls send signals, and even you know!

so by the complete opposite of what i do is not say anything or touch them.

I'm just not entirely sure what i do that creeps them out, and maybe even if i did how i'd change it. I've slept with one girl from work (been there 2.5 months) and got about 3 numbers/e-mails on top of that... maybe ij ust stick out in my approach?

You'll have to keep doing your thing and OBSERVE their reactions. If you can tell they aren't enjoying it, or are giving longshot signals to their gals..you are doing something wrong and should drop her for the day.

Just keep observing and adjusting..and you'll understand what I mean.

(of course..there's the chance they will permently think of you as a creepy person, and that's nothing I can do.)

I think the thing is they really get off knocking me down a peg, and I'm quite a powerful guy personality wise, so they must feel like they need to go to extreme measures to claim back a bit of dignity that they think they've lost, i actually respect them but maybe it just doesn't come across.
