WHen you want to ask out a girl temm her you are going to ask her out before u actually do. IE. I;m going to ask you out, but now right now...I:m not in the mood. Makes the girl think of u and wonder when its going down. Interest level rises. Try it out.

I've heard of a guy doing that before. I think he did end up getting the girl, but I've always thought of it as being dumb. If you wanna go out with her just ask her out. It sounds stupid saying "Yeah, I think I'm gonna ask you out...".

You could also do it in a joking way. like "Ha, I'm gonna ask you out but not right now"
