Encountered this on the internet a few years ago. Still true today:
‘First off, unless you have 1/100,000 god tier genetics, you're incel as fvck around age 40 and beyond.’
That's observably not true. It's black pill nonsense.

Plus, aren't you less than 5'10", over 40, and recently dated a 21 yo?

@Mike32ct

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I dye my hair when needed.
Hi Hammers,
Of course you do!....I have found dying it back to your original colour works best....Takes ten years off your appearence...I slip in and out of it easily,if Folk comment on your going Grey again you just say,it is being out in the Sun more,or chlorine in the Swimming Pool LOL.

Considering this is a Site that caters to would be Philanderers,it is surprising that there is not more encouragement of Svexual activity...frequent Svex fools the older body into thinking it is younger, perhaps even useful.

How to age gracefully... Paraphrase Joan Rivers:

Fork over the $$$$$ on plastic surgery, or croak by age 25, preferably in some way that doesn't entail swimming face first into a speedboat's propeller. While the engine is on  o_O

I’m not dyeing my hair ever.
Dyeing would make me feel like I was insecure. I would be ashamed to dye my hair ( I am still open to dyeing though). I just cut my grey facial hair very low as of now.
That's a personal matter. Just know that dying your beard/ hair makes you look 5 to 10 years younger and it's VERY little effort and cheap as hell...

A 6 min mile! Damn thats really good. Im happy when i do an 11 minute mile haha.
Inspiring. How are your energy levels through out the day?
Thanks, man it’s been a lifelong investment in my health.
Energy levels I’d say as good as ever. I will say that I’m pretty much retired and I’m able to devote a lot of time to eating properly, working out, running, and getting quality sleep.

I travel a lot & tell them salt water & sun change my hair color.
Here in the SF area it is often too cold to swim.

It makes you look younger IF the colour is chosen wisely and there isn't much discrepancy with the rest of your face. I mean, jet black hair (even worse if it's thinning) with a rough, wrinkled face screams ageing rockstar at best and insecure old man trying to pass himself as young at worst.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

True...

Yet you picked the most negative settings...a tad more positive and boom, my suggestion might work ( a bit and temporary at least)

Well happy belated birthday @Pandora. Don't worry life is not over.

Get enough sleep, avoid sun exposure (nothing ages you faster than the sun.....but this advice is more for the teens and 20 somethings out there, because the reckless sun exposure you get in youth crops up later in life as sun spots and damaged skin.) When I was 20 a waitress I worked with got skin cancer from the tanning beds (big thing in the 80s and 90s).....and after that I almost completely quit sun tanning (I never did the tanning beds) and I started protecting my skin rigorously. Its paid dividends as I have minimal sun damage compared to many of my peers. Even now when I walk I wear long pants and longsleeves and a hat to protect my skin from UV exposure.

Vitamins, healthy diet, no smoking, light alcohol consumption (if any), exercise, sex and fun.

I am still regular as far as cycle (annoying but my body thinks I'm years younger than I am)....and while I wish menopause would show up already, late menopausal women have the highest longevity. Add to that the fact that women who are 10% underweight by BMI also have the greatest longevity (I'm working on getting my BMI from 21 back to 19, but 18 would be better....) At a light BMI there is less tissue to maintain, less wear & tear on the skeletal system, less digestive burden & less oxidative stress.

So I think about all those things. Stress reduction is also important. Stress creates too much cortisol which is harmful to the body if chronic.

I think one of the things that most people should change in their lives might there line of work. Life is too short to not be loving what you do each day. I know what that was like, I was in The Military, but now that I'm out, I'm enjoying my time trying to become a better writer and write Poetry, short stories and children's books and spiritual commentaries. I also like to travel around South East Asia a bit and do Gardening and cooking in the household when I'm home.

Haha! My fat friend found his second wife at 46 years old from a dating app, an occurrence supposedly impossible.

Sex is for sale everywhere (if it's legal or not, that's a different topic), so unless one is dead broke, one can't be an incel.
Inceldom is not alleviated by visiting prostitutes. It doesn’t satisfy the desire to be desired and there is no relationship gotten from it. Womanless men don’t only desire sex.
Being undesired, unloved, and not care for by a woman makes a man feel like sh-t, no matter what coping he does or whatever is good or bad going on in life.

Thank you so much @BeExcellent . I will use these tips! Do you have a special diet and how many times a day do you eat?

I have been a grazer for many years. Meaning I keep some snacky stuff on hand to graze on if I feel snacky.

Some of my favorites:

-Berries, especially blueberries
-Pistacio nuts
-Organic beef jerky
-Cottage cheese
-Various cheeses (Swiss, gouda, provolone, brie)
-Avocado
-Dried fruit (apricot, raisins, unsweet cranberries)

Beyond grazing I will eat one meal a day IF I eat a meal. That will usually consist of a protien like fish, beef or lamb and a vegetable like asparagus, bok choy, arugula or brocolli. Maybe a glass or two of wine if I'm out (usually brut bubbly as it is least calories of wines and I like it.)

Rarely pasta, rarely bread, rarely potatoes or rice, rarely fast food, rarely soda, rarely refined sugar. Not never, but rarely. After a while I didn't miss these items.

In the mornings I do coffee with heavy whipping cream and add some cinnamon or a scoop of l-taurine or l-sertaline.

I take a multivitamin, prenatal vitamin, Ca+, and vitamin D (like 5000 IU). At night a cortisol reducer supplement.

I also take a thyroid hormone as I've had mild hypo thyroidism all my life.

You have to learn your individual body and fine tune what works for you & your metabolism. I love great food. But I have to eat sparingly or I will gain weight. As I've gotten older I'm rarely hungry. I've had to reduce portions. So compared to many people I eat like a bird.

But I refuse to get fat & that motivates me more than over indulging in tasty food & drink.

The simplest diet you can follow is to eat only one ingredient foods that don't come in a bag or a box, drink a lot of water, eat lots of veggies and fruits(especially berries) avoid refined sugars/HFCS, alcohol and transfats.

Protein at 1-1.2g per pound of bodyweight.

I have a list of about 60-70 foods that I mix and match from on a daily basis and I eat only off that list.

Using your reasoning, then the majority of people who are in a relationship are in fact incels.

I just saw George Clooney on TV with dyed hair and he looked 10 years older. To me it's like wearing a rug, just makes the age stand out more than it would otherwise.
